Product Overview
The iWAX DIAMOND Wax Heater is a professional-grade device designed for beauty salons. It features a distinctive diamond-patterned exterior. The front panel includes a digital display that shows the temperature (initially displaying '888' in the diagram) and a control dial with settings for 'OFF', 'MID', and 'MAX' temperature levels, along with a temperature indicator light that turns red when the device is active. The device comes with a removable plastic lid to cover the heating element and a stainless steel container for the wax. It connects to a power source via a plug-in cord. The heating mechanism is described as a 360° heater, and it incorporates electronic temperature control with a thermostat and indicator light.

Important Notes
- Clean the device periodically to prevent the accumulation of dirt, dust, and other undesirable substances. Accumulation can lead to malfunction or damage.
- Do not wrap the power cord around the device, as this may cause malfunction of the cord.
- Always ensure the device is powered from a source with the correct voltage rating and that the plug is properly inserted into the outlet. Incorrect connection can lead to fire, electric shock, or burns.
- The cable must not be modified, stretched, excessively bent, or twisted.
- Do not place heavy objects on the cable.
- Do not hit or throw the device. If damaged by impact or falling, do not continue to use it.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the equipment yourself. For repairs, contact your distributor or an authorized service center.
Cleaning and Storage
- Unplug the device from the power supply and ensure it has cooled down before cleaning.
- Use a specialized product for cleaning wax from the device to remove any residue.
Assembly and Application
- Place the wax cartridge in the heater.
- Plug in the device.
- Turn the knob to 'ON'. The red indicator light signifies that the device has started working.
- During operation, the indicator light will cycle on and off to maintain a constant wax temperature.
- Wait approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the wax type and the set temperature, for the wax to melt.
- Always check the wax temperature before applying it to the skin to prevent burns.
- When finished working, turn off the device and allow it to cool down.
- The device should then be cleaned.
Security Measures
- The device is professional equipment for use in beauty parlors. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel helps avoid undesirable consequences during treatment.
- Do not disassemble the device or use it for purposes other than those indicated in this manual. All service and repair work must be performed by an authorized service technician (ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk company).
- Do not install or operate the device near liquids, wet places, or with wet hands to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- Immediately remove the plug from the socket and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk in the following cases:
- Liquid has entered the device.
- The device emits a strange odor, smoke, or makes strange sounds.
- The power cord is damaged.
- The device was knocked over or its housing is damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cables. Do not install the unit where someone may step on the power cord.
- For safety, unplug the power cord from the outlet each time you finish working with the device.
- Do not insert anything into the device's opening. If a foreign object enters, remove the cord from the outlet and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on an unstable cart, shelf, or vehicle. If dropped, the device may be damaged.
- To ensure the established useful life of the device, it is recommended to maintain a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate. Non-compliance risks incorrect operation, damage, or burning.
Additional Safety Notes
- In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact authorized service to avoid danger.
- This equipment may be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with impaired physical or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, if provided with supervision or instruction on safe use and associated risks.
- The device is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with it.
- Do not leave the device unattended when children or persons without sufficient knowledge of its use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact may pose a health risk or lead to death. Use and store the appliance out of reach of children.
Disposal of the Device
Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging at raw material reprocessing centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Electrical appliances should not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow the rules for discarding this type of equipment. In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste electrical equipment should be collected separately and transferred to collection centers for waste electronic and electrical equipment. At the end of their useful life, old devices contain valuable recyclable components and should be handed over for reprocessing to appropriate collection points or to ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk Company.
Storage and Transport
The device should be transported at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +50 °C, only in its original packaging. Store the device in a well-ventilated area with relative humidity not exceeding 75%. The operating temperature range is from +10 °C to +40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown, dropped, or exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric agents.
