Product Overview
This is a fold-and-go solar panel designed for charging portable solar generators. The efficient solar cells are based on physical batteries, which are recyclable and differ from chemistry-based ones with limited lifecycles due to lamination material. Even after 5 years, the solar cells' power output can still achieve more than 80%.

How it Works
1. Placement and Angle Adjustment
Place the solar panel in an area that receives the maximum possible sunlight and adjust its angle towards the sun.
Solar panels must be exposed to direct sunlight; avoid any shelters like buildings and trees. Angle the panel at 30-60 degrees for optimal direct solar charging. If adhering the panel to another surface, avoid damp or irregular areas that might cause distortion over time. For best results, choose sunny hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and operate at peak efficiency, typically around noon (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).
2. Connecting to Devices
Connect the solar panel to your laptops or solar generators.
Before charging, turn off your laptop or devices to reduce screen power consumption, which can help shorten charging time.
Connecting Multiple Solar Modules
3. Chaining Solar Modules
This panel is designed for charging 12V/24V batteries (lead-acid, lithium, etc.). It is recommended to use a solar regulator to prevent overcharging. Multiple panels can be connected using MC4 Y connectors for different output configurations. Voltages are additive in series connections, while currents are additive in parallel connections. Ensure only similar electrical outputs are connected in the same string to avoid mismatch effects.

Diagram of parallel connection: Illustrates multiple solar panels connected side-by-side, positive to positive and negative to negative, to increase current output.
MC4 Connectors
MC4 Connector Usage
- Keep connectors dry and clean. Ensure connector caps are hand-tight before connecting the panel.
- Do not attempt to make an electrical connection with wet, soiled, or damaged connectors.
Important Tips
Warm Tips
- Safety: Do not step, stand, or jump on the solar panel surface. Heavy or sharp objects can scratch the panel, causing small cracks, affecting output power, or posing a risk of injury.
- Damage: If the solar panel is broken, cease use immediately and contact professional maintenance personnel or the manufacturer's after-sales service. Repairs should be performed by qualified professionals.
- Water Resistance: The solar panel has a waterproof rating of IP66, making it rainproof and suitable for short-term immersion. However, prolonged immersion is prohibited. If short-circuited due to water immersion, stop use and contact the seller.
Maintenance
Care and Maintenance
- This suitcase is primarily for emergency charging. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure, as it can shorten the product's lifespan.
- Handle the solar panel with care; avoid hitting, kicking, or exposing it to sharp objects.
- If adhering the panel to a surface, avoid damp or irregular areas that might cause distortion over time.
- Solar panels naturally get hotter during operation; allow them to cool down before storing.
- Accumulated dirt and dust can reduce power output over time. Periodic cleaning with a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent is recommended.
- Avoid leaving the panel unattended in vehicles, especially during hot summer days when dashboard temperatures can reach 65-70°C.
- The IP66 waterproof rating protects against dust ingress and direct water spray from any direction. However, complete immersion of the product in water is strictly forbidden.
Disposal Guide
Product Disposal
If circumstances permit, dispose of the product in a designated recycling bin. Please follow local laws and regulations for proper disposal.

Safety Precautions
Important Safety Guidelines
- Ensure all connectors are dry and clean before making any connections.
- Do not use wet, soiled, or damaged connectors.
- Verify that all connectors are properly fastened and secure.
- If the solar panel is broken, discontinue use and contact professional maintenance personnel or the manufacturer's after-sales service. Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty and could be hazardous.
- The solar panel is rated IP66 for water resistance, meaning it is protected against dust and water jets. It can withstand short periods of immersion but should not be submerged for extended durations. If water ingress causes a short circuit, cease use immediately and contact the seller.
- Avoid placing weight on the solar panel surface, stepping on it, or jumping on it. Heavy or sharp objects can scratch the panel, potentially causing cracks, reducing power output, or leading to personal injury.
