User Manual
This is a fold-and-go solar panel designed for charging portable solar generators. It features efficient solar cells made from recyclable physical batteries, offering a longer lifespan compared to chemistry-based batteries. Even after 5 years, the solar cells can retain over 80% of their power output.
How it Works
1. Placement and Angle Adjustment
- ☀️ All solar panels must be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid shelters like buildings and trees.
- Adjust panel angle Solar panels should be angled at 30-60 degrees for optimal direct sunlight exposure.
- ⚠️ If panels are placed on other surfaces, avoid damp or irregular surfaces, as they can cause distortion. We can assist after a second long exposure.
- ⏰ For peak efficiency, operate during sunny hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with the most direct sunlight typically between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
2. Connecting to Laptops/Solar Generators
- ? Before charging, turn off your laptop or devices to reduce screen power consumption and shorten charging time.
- ☀️ Solar panels generate electricity when exposed to sunlight. Protect them with clothing before plugging in a device.
- ? Connect the cable to your device's input port, then connect the other end to the solar panel's output to begin charging.
- ? If a charging indicator appears on your device, place it in a cool area for better heat dissipation and turn off unnecessary functions to save energy.
3. Chaining Multiple Solar Modules
This panel is designed for charging 12V/24V lead-acid batteries and other equipment. It is recommended to use a solar regulator to protect the battery system from overcharging.
- + You can connect multiple panels using MC4 Y connectors for different outputs. Voltages add in series, and currents add in parallel.
- Connect in series Only connect panels with similar electrical output in the same string to avoid mismatch effects. In series connection (+ to -, +- to -), voltage is added, power is added, and current remains unchanged.
- Connect in parallel In parallel connection (+ to +, - to -), voltage remains unchanged, power is added, and current increases.
- ⚠️ Excessive solar input voltage can damage portable power stations. Always check the power station's input voltage parameter and connect panels within the specified range.

MC4 Connector Precautions
- Ensure MC4 connectors are dry and clean. Make sure the connector caps are hand-tight before connecting the panel.
- Do not attempt to make electrical connections when the connectors are wet or soiled.
Warm Tips
- Do not attempt to modify the internal PCB circuit of the solar panel. Doing so will void the warranty.

- The solar panel charger features anti-flow resistance protection to prevent backflow.

- If the solar panel is damaged, discontinue use and contact professional maintenance personnel or the manufacturer's after-sales service. Repairs should only be performed by qualified technicians.
- The solar panel has a waterproof rating of IP66, making it rainproof and capable of short-term immersion in water. However, prolonged immersion is prohibited. If short-circuited due to water immersion, stop use and contact the seller.
Maintenance
- This suitcase is primarily for emergency charging. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure, as it can shorten the product's lifespan.
- The panel is not bendable. Handle with care and avoid hitting it with sharp objects or applying heavy impact.
- If panels are adhered to other surfaces, avoid damp or irregular conditions that might cause distortion.
- It is normal for solar panels to become warm during operation. Allow them to cool down before storing them in the box.
- Accumulated dirt and dust can reduce power output over time. Periodically clean the panel with a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent.
- Avoid leaving the panel to charge devices unattended in vehicles, especially in hot summer, as interior temperatures can reach 65-70°C.
- The IP66 waterproof rating means the panel can withstand direct water spray from any direction and prevent dust ingress. However, it is strictly forbidden to immerse the entire product in water.
Disposal Guide
When possible, ensure the product is disposed of in a designated recycling bin. Please follow local laws and regulations for proper disposal.
