FlexiSpot Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. It extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing from authorized retailers or resellers benefit from this warranty.

What is Covered?

• Height Adjustable Desk Frames: 5-year warranty for frame & motor; 2-year warranty for controller, switch, electronics, and other mechanisms.
• Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations: 5-year warranty for frame and MDF desktop; 3-year warranty for gas spring system and other mechanisms.
• Desk Bikes: 1-year warranty for all parts, including frame, electronics, and other mechanisms.
• Mini Steppers: 3-year warranty.
• Monitor Mounts: 5-year warranty for all parts, including arms, gas spring systems, and other mechanisms.

Customer Remedies

FlexiSpot will replace defective parts at no charge or, at its option, replace the defective product or part due to improper workmanship and/or material under normal use. If replacement or repair is not practical, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items within the continental United States are shipped at no cost via FedEx Ground, with expedited shipping available at an additional cost. Shipping outside the continental United States incurs costs.

Exclusive Remedy: Repair or replacement (or refund) is the exclusive remedy. FlexiSpot assumes no liability for other obligations or liabilities.

What is Not Covered?

• Problems not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
• Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
• Failure to follow instructions and guidelines related to the product's intended use.

The warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.

How to File a Claim?

Contact customer service via email at contact@FlexiSpot.com or call toll-free at 855-421-2808. Provide the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date and place.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages

Implied warranties (merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty. FlexiSpot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

How State Law Applies

This Warranty grants specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by state.

Installation Guide

Parts Included

Diagram of Components lists parts labeled 1 through 20, including: Lifting Column with Motor (4), Lifting Column (3), Desk Foot (5), Front Board (2), Rear Board (1), Crossbeam (12), Transmission Rod (13), Adapter (15), Keypad (18), etc.

Accessory Package includes various bolts (B, C, D, E, F, G), screws, hex keys (H), and cable ties.

Step 1: Install Desk Feet

Attach desk feet (5) to the lifting column with motor (4) and the lifting column (3) using eight long M6 bolts (D) and the 5x5 hex key (H).

Step 2: Install Transmission Rod

Insert the driveshaft (13) into lifting column 1 (3) until the shaft stopper is reached. Attach the other end to the motor on lifting column 2 (4), rotating slightly if needed. Tighten the locking bolt on the motor with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (H). Ensure both lifting columns move evenly; do not rotate the transmission rod more than 1/3 turn when inserting into the motor. Note: Ensure the transmission rod is inserted until the shaft stopper touches the column.

Step 3: Install Crossbeam

Attach the crossbeam (12) to the lifting columns (3 & 4) using M8 bolts (E) and tighten with the 5x5 hex key (H).

Step 4: Install Support Plates (Front Board)

Attach the support plates (8 & 9) to the lifting columns (3 & 4) using medium M6 bolts (C). Tighten with the 5x5 hex key (H).

Step 5: Install Adapter Holder, Front Board, and Keypad

With the frame upside down on the underside of the front board (2), attach the adapter holder (16) to the crossbeam (12). Secure the frame to the front board using St4.2 screws (Type 2) (G), and attach the keypad (18) using St4.2 screws (Type 1) (F). Note: Holes in the adapter holder (16) are for reference only.

Step 6: Install Baffles and Adapter

Attach the baffle (14) to the crossbeam (12) using short M4 bolts (A). Tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (H).

Step 7: Install and Manage Power Cord

1. Connect the adapter cord (19) to the DC port.
2. Connect the extension cord (20) to the M1 port.
Follow the instructions for removing adhesive covers, sorting cords, and buckling them up. Use the cable tie (1) to fasten cables to the desktop.

Step 8: Install Layer-adjust Plates

Attach the Layer-adjust Plates (10) to the back side of support plates (8 & 9) using short M6 bolts (B). Tighten with the 4x4 hex key (H).

Step 9: Install Support Plates (Rear Board) and Reinforced Beam (Rear Board)

Attach the reinforced beam (11) and two support plates (6 & 7) to the rear board (1) using St4.2 screws (Type 2) (G). Tighten with a drill.

Step 10: Install the Rear Board Part

Loosen four short M6 bolts (B) on the layer-adjust plates (10). Buckle the rear board assembly into the hoist hole of the layer-adjust plate (10), slide it down, and tighten the bolts (B) with a 4x4 hex key (H).

Step 11: Adjust the Height of Rear Board

Use the 4x4 hex key (H) to loosen bolt (B), slide it along the track on the layer-adjust plate (10) to adjust the height, and then tighten the bolt (B). Note: If the front and rear boards are at the same level, the layer-adjust plate (10) is not needed; the boards can be directly fixed with bolts (B) and tightened with the 4x4 hex key (H).

Keypad Instruction

Key Buttons:

• Up button (▲): Adjusts desk upwards.
• Down button (▼): Adjusts desk downwards.
• Position 1, 2, 3, 4: Store and recall user's preferred height positions.

LED Screen: Displays current height or status.

Operation Instruction

• Press "▲" to raise; long press for continuous movement. Reaches highest position when "top" is displayed.
• Press "▼" to lower; long press for continuous movement. Reaches lowest position when "bot" is displayed.

Memory Presets

1. While idle, press and hold a number button (1-4) for 3 seconds. A beep will sound, and "S-X" (where X is the number) will display, indicating the height is saved.
2. Pressing the saved number button will automatically adjust the desk to that height. Repeat to override.

Reset Function

1. If malfunctioning or an error code appears, press and hold "3" and "4" keys together for 3 seconds to enter reset mode.
2. The display will show "RST". Press and hold "▼" until the desk reaches its lowest point and rebounds slightly. The display will show "bot" upon completion.

29V DC Power Supply Function

When the table is idle for 30 seconds (not in reset state), the 29V DC power supply function activates, and the 2-pin connector at the back of the control box outputs 29V DC voltage.

Anti-collision Sensitivity Adjustment

If the desk stops unexpectedly or fails to stop upon collision, adjust sensitivity: Press and hold "▲" and "▼" keys together for 3 seconds. Levels: A-0 (off), A-1 (low), A-2 (medium), A-3 (high).

Troubleshooting

• RST/rSt: Desk is in reset mode. Press and hold "▼" until "bot" is displayed.
• E01/E02: Let the desk idle for at least 18 minutes before operating again.
• Other Codes/No Response: Confirm cable connections. Unplug for 10 seconds, then replug. Display should show "RST" or "rSt"; long press "▼" to reset.
• Contact Support: If issues persist, contact customer service.
• Slow Rise/Slide Down/Frequent Reset: Check for overloading (max capacity: 121 lbs).

• Power Supply: AC100-240 V, 50/60Hz.
• Working Environment: 32°-104° F.
• Cleaning: Unplug before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth. Keep electrical components away from liquids.
• Installation: Ensure correct installation before use. Read instructions thoroughly.
• Supervision: Keep children away from electric desks, control units, and handsets. Manufacturer is not liable for damages from children's actions.
• Noise: Slight noise from the multi-wedge belt or brake system is normal.
• Cleaning Agents: Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials. Dispose of cleaning solutions responsibly.
• Risks: Understand product risks. Children or those with cognitive impairment should not use without supervision.
• Power Cord: If damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist.
• Environment: Operate in a clean and safe environment. Be careful with packaging materials.
• Choking Hazard: Plastic bags pose a choking risk to children.
• Storage: Retain original packaging for future transportation if needed.

Recycling and Disposal

This product cannot be disposed of as household waste. Recycle according to local laws and regulations. Use available recycling systems or contact the distributor/manufacturer for assistance.
