Warning: To ensure both lifting columns move evenly, do not rotate the transmission rod more than 1/3 turn when inserting it into the motor.

Note: Please insert the transmission rod until shaft stopper touches the column.

Step 3: Install Crossbeam

Attach the crossbeam (12) to the lifting columns (3 & 4) with the M8 bolts (E) and tighten them down with the 5x5 hex key (H).

Step 4: Install Support Plates (Front Board)

Attach the reinforced beam (11) and two support plates (6 & 7) to the rear board (1) using St4.2 screws (Type 2) (G) and tighten with drill.

Step 10: Install the Rear Board Part

Untighten four short M6 bolts (B) to two layer-adjust plates (10) first, then buckle the rear board assembly into the hoist hole supporting the layer-adjust plate (10), slide it down, and finally tighten these bolts (B) with a 4x4 hex key (H).

Step 11: Adjust the Height of Rear Board

Use a 4x4 hex key (H) to loosen the bolt (B) first, slide the bolt along the track on the layer-adjust plate (10), adjust it to a suitable height, and tighten it with the 4x4 hex key (H).

  4. If the above steps are unsuccessful at troubleshooting your issues, please contact customer service.
