FAQ
Q: Does one of the devices connected to the App's Multi-point connection have to be a cell phone? Or can the headset be upgraded to connect to any two devices through the App?
A: The App can enable or disable the multi-point connection function. Once active, headphones can connect to any two devices (e.g., cell phone, pad, computer, watch). To connect the second device, ensure the first device is connected, place headphones in the box, long press to enter pairing mode, and then connect the second device.
Q: What is the scope of the App's management of multi-point connection, and how to switch priority in different usage scenarios?
A: The App manages Bluetooth connections for two devices but not audio switching. It allows connecting or disconnecting the second device and managing connection records. For music, the device that starts playing first takes priority until manually switched. Calls have the highest priority; incoming calls automatically take audio output.
