XS4 with Keypad for European Mortise Locks

The XS4 electronic lock with keypad offers enhanced security and control with dual authentication options: credential, credential plus PIN, or PIN only. It is also available in a wireless version for online real-time control.

SALTO Wireless System: Infrastructure

The SALTO XS4 wireless online solution delivers real-time high-level security with the convenience of battery-operated access control. The SALTO Wireless system is compatible with most common RFID technologies, allowing easy integration and use of existing cards.

GATEWAY

The SALTO Gateway links the PC and the wireless network, collecting information from locks. It supports wireless radio frequency (IEEE 802.15.4 at 2.4Ghz), AES 128-bit encryption, and LAN connection (10 BASE-T/100 BASE-TX). PoE is supported, and it can manage multiple repeaters and locks. IP addressing is available via web explorer, and firmware updates are done via Ethernet.

NODE

The SALTO Node acts as a bridge between the gateway and the wireless network. It uses wireless radio frequency (IEEE 802.15.4 at 2.4Ghz), AES 128-bit encryption, and connects to the GATEWAY BUS 485. It is powered by the gateway and can manage multiple repeaters and locks. Firmware updates are done via Ethernet.

LEGIC Advant

LEGIC Ident systems integrate LEGIC RF Standard and ISO 15693 and ISO 14443 compliant read/write chip sets, security modules, and transponder chips for third-party products. It's a good option for users already employing a Legic transponder system.

Flexspace RFID contactless technology from Skidata uses the ISO 15693 proximity protocol. SALTO's XS4 E9000 range products can be updated for SKIDATA Flexspace compatibility, serving as access cards for electronic locks, cylinders, and wall readers.
