Getting Started

Calibration

The thermometer is pre-calibrated but can be recalibrated using an ice-water mixture (32°F/0°C) if needed. Follow the detailed steps in the manual for calibration and undo-calibration.

Care and Maintenance

Clean the probe tip with a damp, soapy cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water or place it in a dishwasher. Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not leave the thermometer in food during cooking. Remove batteries for long-term storage.
