Participant and Product Registration

General Information:

• To receive the Bonus, if the Participant is not already registered from participation in previous campaigns by the Campaign Organizer, they must register within 14 days of purchasing the Product, but no later than September 14, 2025. Late registrations will not be permitted.
• The Participant's account is created and identified by their email address. Registration is not possible without a valid email address.
• Participant access is secured by entering an email address and password. The Participant will receive the password during registration and can change it later.
• The purchased Product for which the Participant wishes to claim the Bonus must also be registered in the specified manner. To activate the Bonus, a copy of the tax document (receipt or invoice) and a photo of the product's serial number rating plate must be uploaded directly during registration on the website: https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ. The rating plate must be original and factory-applied to the Product; other photos of rating plates are not valid.
• Only Samsung Products meeting the parameters specified in Article 4 of these rules can be registered in this campaign, and only for these can the Bonus be claimed and obtained.
• Product registration must be fully completed no later than September 14, 2025. Subsequent changes or modifications to the registration will not be permitted, and the Participant will not be entitled to the Bonus.
• A limit is set where a maximum of two Products (or a combination of two Products) can be registered per unique Participant registration in the campaign.
• A rating plate photo is valid only if it is the original factory-applied rating plate on the Product; other photos of rating plates are not valid.

Registration Process

Registration is to be completed on the website: https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ.

The website form requires the Participant to provide all requested details: name, surname, address (street, house number, city, postal code), mobile phone number, and email address. The Participant also agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with these rules and confirms the accuracy of the provided information via a declaration. By creating a registration, the Participant agrees to the campaign rules.

After submitting the form, the Participant will be informed of the registration result, i.e., whether it was successful or if any fields need correction or completion.

Following the Participant's registration, the Product must be registered by filling in the following details on the next page: Product model, purchase date, product serial number (S/N = Product identification = unique number), and the email address to which the Bonus will be sent.

The Participant is also required to upload the following documents:

• A legible copy of the tax document (receipt or invoice) proving the purchase of the Product during the campaign period.
• A legible photograph of the original product rating plate, showing the serial number (the rating plate is located on the Product; photos of rating plates from product packaging are not valid).

The decisive moment for the order of Participants eligible for the Bonus in this Campaign is, in the case of registration via the specified website, the moment the completed registration form for the Product and Participant (if not already registered) is delivered to the entity processing registrations, including the delivery of a copy of the tax document (receipt or invoice) and a photo of the rating plate via the website https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ. The Participant will be informed of the result, i.e., whether they are eligible for the Bonus, via email within 14 business days of registration.

The Organizer is not obliged to send multiple notifications, even if the sent email is caught by the recipient's email provider as spam, as the Organizer has no means to verify this.

If the Participant does not receive a confirmation email from the Organizer, it is recommended to check their SPAM folder (and possibly the Bulk or Promo folder) as the Organizer's message may have been marked as SPAM (or Bulk, Promo, etc.) by the Participant's internet provider, anti-spam software, or other filters. If the Participant cannot find the confirmation email, they must contact the campaign hotline immediately to resolve the issue. The Campaign Organizer is not responsible for any expiration of the Bonus due to non-delivery or loss of the confirmation email or bonus code, nor for the misuse of the Bonus due to third-party access to the Participant's email inbox.

Bonus Description and Redemption

Bonus Description:

• Upon purchasing the Product(s), registering the Participant and Product(s), and fulfilling all other conditions set forth in these rules, the Participant is entitled to the Bonus – a voucher for a six-month electronic subscription to Art Store and activation of a six-month subscription to Stingray Karaoke.
• To redeem this Bonus, the Product must be fully registered on the website: https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ.
• If all conditions specified in Articles 4 and 5 of these rules are met, the Participant will receive a six-month Art Store electronic subscription voucher via email to the address provided during registration. To redeem and activate the six-month Stingray Karaoke subscription, simply open the Stingray Karaoke application on the TV. The six-month subscription will be automatically activated without the need for service registration.
• The Bonus can be redeemed for the purchase of one or two Products. The list of Products with specific parameters is provided in Article 4 of these rules. If purchasing 2 Products, the Participant must register each Product separately.

Bonus Redemption:

• To claim the Bonus, the Participant must log in to their profile on the website https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ and register the Product in accordance with Article 7d of these rules. Participants can check if they meet the Bonus conditions via the hotline or on the website www.samsung.com/cz.
• Each purchased Product for which the Bonus is awarded must be registered on the website https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ no later than September 14, 2025 (inclusive). Registrations after this date will not be valid.
• In the case of a consumer purchase under Section 1829 of the Civil Code, the Participant is entitled to the Bonus only if they do not exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within the statutory period. The same applies if the Participant – consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period longer than the statutory period (e.g., based on the seller's terms and conditions). The Bonus is not awarded if the buyer (Participant), who is not a consumer, exercises a similar right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason as stipulated in the seller's terms and conditions.

Further Provisions

• Participants must keep the tax document (receipt or invoice) proving the Product purchase after the purchase. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect tax documents for Bonus claims. Without presenting the relevant tax document, the Participant is not entitled to the Bonus. Each Participant must request a tax document from the seller that proves the purchase and contains all necessary details, i.e., the exact date and Product specification. Tax documents without these details will not be considered valid.
• The Campaign Organizer is entitled, in cases where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity by a Participant to claim the Bonus within the Campaign, to request further verification to determine eligibility for the Bonus. Participants must provide the requested data or documents in the required format within 10 days of receiving the Organizer's request under this article. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in disputed cases as to whether the Participant has met all campaign participation rules and reserves the right to deny the Bonus. If the Organizer has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity by a Participant to claim the Bonus within the Campaign, the Organizer has the right to exclude such Participant from the Campaign without entitlement to the Bonus.
• A VAT payer who purchased a Product as part of their business activity and claimed VAT deduction must correct the VAT deduction (return the claimed VAT) by the relevant amount in accordance with Section 74, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended.
• By registering, the Participant expresses their agreement with the campaign rules and conditions and undertakes to fully comply with them. The Participant also declares that they have familiarized themselves with the terms of personal data processing in accordance with these rules.

• Enforcement of participation or Bonus claims in the Campaign through legal channels is excluded.
• Campaign results are final and not subject to appeal.
• The Organizer assumes no liability for any damages caused to Participants in connection with the use (realization) of Bonuses or Accessories.

• The Organizer is not responsible for the non-delivery or loss of the Bonus by external couriers.
• In exceptional and fully justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign. The Organizer is entitled to change the campaign rules or the technical or organizational security of the Campaign. In such a case, the change in rules takes effect from the moment it is published on the campaign website https://promotions.my-samsung.com/cz/offers/QR5FQPVCQNX6FA9N9JP9FPT7EP468FMGYQ6CYALZGEWB4DGQEFMQ. If the Participant does not agree with the changed campaign rules, they are entitled to terminate their participation in the Campaign free of charge by unilateral notification delivered to the Organizer via the website www.samsung.com/cz or by calling the hotline +420 800 726 786.
• This Campaign is governed by Czech law.
