Samsung Pre-Order Promotion: Get a Free Soundbar

Promotion Title: PREORDER Samsung Neo QLED 8K, Samsung Neo QLED 4K, Samsung OLED, Samsung QLED, Samsung Frame

Before purchasing a device, please familiarize yourself with the rules of this promotional campaign.

1. Organizer of the Promotional Campaign

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, with its registered office at Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria, organizes this promotional campaign for customers purchasing devices listed in section 3 of these Rules.

2. Promotional Period

This promotional campaign for devices is available to customers in Montenegro from May 7, 2025, to May 25, 2025, or shorter if gift stock is depleted, according to the provisions in these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Period").

3. Benefit

These Rules govern the conditions for participation in this promotional campaign. Participants who, during the Promotional Period (May 7, 2025, to May 25, 2025), pre-order one of the televisions listed in the table below from Samsung's authorized sales partners (section 5) are entitled to a Samsung Soundbar as a gift. This requires registration via the link https://www.samsung.com/rs/offer/redemption/tv-one-launch-2025-mne/ no later than June 25, 2025, and fulfillment of all other conditions stipulated in these Rules.

Note: Samsung sales partners determine the retail price. If the gift stock runs out, Samsung reserves the right to provide an equally valuable Samsung product.

4. Conditions for Participation

To be eligible for the promotion and its benefits, customers must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchase one of the eligible devices during the pre-order period.
  • Purchase the device exclusively from authorized Samsung sales partners in Montenegro during the Promotional Period.
  • The purchaser must be an end-user (individual or legal entity residing in Montenegro, purchasing for personal use, not resale).
  • Register for the promotion by June 25, 2025, via the provided link: https://www.samsung.com/rs/offer/redemption/tv-one-launch-2025-mne/.
  • The registration process requires submitting necessary data. Late registrations will be rejected. Gifts will be sent within 150 days of successful registration.
  • By submitting data, the user confirms they have read and understood these Rules.
  • Required data includes: name, email, shipping address, device model and serial number, proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, invoice) showing the order date within the promotional period.
  • Submitted data will be verified by Samsung against the promotion's terms.
  • Upon successful verification, the gift will be delivered according to the terms.

Note: The right to the gift is granted to the first person to successfully and completely register with the device's serial number. Subsequent registrations will not be considered.

5. Authorized Samsung Partners

Purchases must be made exclusively from the following authorized Samsung sales partners:

  • TEHNOMAX, Njegoševa 35, Podgorica;
  • MULTICOM, Bulevar Džordža Vašingtona 112, Podgorica.

Notes: Samsung sales partners independently set retail prices, which may vary.

6. Delivery of Purchased Devices

Delivery terms and conditions for devices purchased during this promotion are determined by the respective Samsung sales partners.

7. Gift Return Obligation for Distance Purchases

If a customer who purchased a device remotely (online) from a participating partner exercises their legal right to return the purchased device, they must also return the gift received as part of the promotion. To do so, contact Samsung at ce.promotion@samsung.com for return instructions.

8. Right to Amend Rules

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules for justified reasons, with public notification of any changes. These Rules were published and became effective on May 7, 2025.

Notice on Collection and Use of Personal Data

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH informs you about the processing of personal data. Data collected includes name, address, contact number, IMEI/serial number, and proof of purchase. This data is used solely to verify eligibility for the promotion and deliver gifts. Data processing is based on consent and in accordance with data protection laws. Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary, up to 6 months from purchase. You have rights regarding your data, including access, modification, and deletion.
