Mounting Surface Thickness Limits

Assembly Instructions

Tighten screw(s) using hand tools. Using electric tools may damage your Bouncepad.

Section A: Fixing from Below

Follow steps A if "Fixing from below".

Step A1: Mark Drill Locations

Using the Mount Washer, mark the drill hole locations on your mounting surface.

Step A2: Drill Holes

Drill each hole using the specified drill bit sizes: Ø5.0mm Drillbit and Ø16.0mm Holesaw.

Step A3: Secure Socket Screws

Locate and screw the M4x40mm Socketset Screws into the desk or surface as shown.

Step A4: Secure the Arm

Secure the arm to the surface. Locking Nuts offer higher security.

Step A5: Proceed

Go to step 1 for tablet attachment.

Section B: Fixing from Above

Follow steps B if "Fixing from Above".

Step B1: Mark Drill Locations

Using the Mount Plate, mark the drill hole locations as shown.

Step B2: Drill Holes

Drill each hole using the specified drill sizes: Ø2.5mm Drillbit and Ø16.0mm Holesaw.

Step B3: Attach Mount Plate Cover

Locate the Mount Plate Cover onto the Static60.

Step B4: Join Static60 and Mount Plate

Join the Static60 and Mount Plate in the orientation shown.

Step B5: Secure Static60 to Surface

Secure the Static60 to the surface using the 4x countersunk fixings (No.8 Countersunk Self-tapping Screws).

Step B6: Adhere Mount Cover

Adhere the Mount Cover onto the Mount Plate using the adhesive tabs.

Step B7: Proceed

Go to step 1 for tablet attachment.

Section C: Tablet Attachment (Steps 1-7)

Step 1: Attach Shell

Locate and attach the Shell to the Static60 in the correct orientation.

Step 2: Attach Mounting Plate to Tablet

Important: Before attaching the Mounting Plate, fully clean the back of the tablet with the provided wipe and allow it to fully dry. For optimal adhesion, press firmly and leave for 72 hours in a 20°C environment before use. Do not reposition. Do not use prior to the 72 hours.

Remove the Mounting Plate adhesive backing. Attach level and centrally to the Tablet back as shown, choosing either Landscape or Portrait orientation.

Step 3: Attach Flat Cable to Tablet

Attach the Flat Cable to the Tablet with the U-Bend Head.

Step 4: Secure Flat Cable

Secure the Flat Cable to the Mounting Plate with the Cable Clamp as shown.

Step 5: Feed Cable and Locate Tablet

Remove the Fixing Covers. Feed the Flat Cable into the assembly and locate the Tablet in the chosen orientation.

Step 6: Secure Tablet and Covers

Secure the Tablet to the Shell and attach the Fixing Covers as shown.

Step 7: Connect Power

Connect the tablet to power. Installation is now complete.
