Bouncepad Original Floorstanding Assembly Instructions

Tools Required:

• Socket Driver
• 10mm Spanner or adjustable spanner

In the Box:

• Faceplate
• Pair of Keys
• Case
• Tablet Set-up Kit
• Rubber Collar
• Base
• Floorstanding Pole
• Cover
• Fixings Kit (including various nuts, washers, and screws)
• PZ3 Pozi Driver Bit
• T20 Pin Torx Driver Bit
• 4x Corner Pieces
• 4x Tablet Supports
• 1x Cable Clip

Note: Tighten screws using hand tools only. Using electric tools may damage your Bouncepad.

Fixings List:

• 4x M6 Nylon Locking Nut
• 4x M6 Split Washer
• 4x M6x25mm Countersunk Screw
• 1x Case Washer
• 4x M4 Split Washer
• 4x M4x16mm Buttonhead Screw

Due to the modular nature of the product range, additional fixings may be supplied.

Assembly Steps:

1. Step 1: Secure the Floorstanding Pole

   Orientate, locate, and secure the Floorstanding Pole to the Base. Ensure all fixings are installed correctly.

2. Step 2: Place the Cover

   Locate the Cover over the Floorstanding Pole.

3. Step 3: Attach the Case

   Locate and secure the Case onto the Floorstanding Pole as shown. Tighten by hand.

4. Step 4: Remove Faceplate

   Unlock and remove the Faceplate from the Case.

5. Step 5: Feed Power Cable

   Feed the Power Cable through the Case and Floorstanding Pole.

6. Step 6: Install Tablet Setup Kit

   Install the Tablet Setup Kit. Each kit is specific to the Tablet and Case.

7. Step 7: Install Tablet

   Install the Tablet into the Case and connect to the Power Cable.

8. Step 8: Lock Faceplate

   Locate and lock the Faceplate onto the Case.

9. Step 9.1: Connect Power

   Connect the Power Cable to its mains power source.

10. Step 9.2: Install Battery Pack (Optional)

    If installing a Battery Pack, connect the Power Cable and locate it into the Base. Approximate maximum Battery Pack dimensions: 91mm (length) x 56mm (width) x 25mm (Height).

11. Step 10: Fit Rubber Collar

    With the Cover on the ground, locate and fit the Rubber Collar.

12. Step 11: Secure with Tether

    Use a Kensington® Microsaver product to tether to a secure object. Refer to Kensington® instructions for full details.

13. Step 12: Installation Complete

    Installation is now complete.

Branding Mount Assembly Instructions

Follow these instructions for the successful assembly of your Branding board to your Floorstanding.

Tools Required:

• 13mm Spanner

Branding Mount - In the Box:

• 2x Mount Bolt
• 2x Mount Bolt Gasket
• 4x Nuts
• 4x Plastic Screws
• 4x Plastic Nuts
• 2x Branding Bracket Mount

Assembly Steps (Placard Board):

1. Step A1: Install Placard Board Mount

   Follow 'A' steps if installing a Placard board.

2. Step A2: Locate Top Bracket Mount

   Locate the top Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt to the Floorstanding pole.

3. Step A3: Position Bracket Mount

   Ensure that the Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt are positioned correctly as shown.

4. Step A4: Secure Top Mount

   Secure the Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt to the Floorstanding Pole with the supplied Nuts. Tighten evenly.

5. Step A5: Attach Placard Board

   Locate the Placard Board to the Bracket Mount. Secure with the supplied Plastic Screws & Nuts.

6. Step A6: Locate Bottom Bracket Mount

   Locate & secure the bottom Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt. Tighten the nuts evenly.

7. Step A7: Secure Bottom Section

   Secure the bottom section of the Placard Board with the Plastic Screws & Nuts. Installation now complete.

Assembly Steps (Front Board):

1. Step B1: Install Front Board Mount

   Follow 'B' if installing a Front Board.

2. Step B2: Locate Top Bracket Mount

   Locate the top Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt to the Floorstanding pole.

3. Step B3: Position Bracket Mount

   Ensure the Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt are positioned correctly as shown.

4. Step B4: Secure Top Mount

   Secure the Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt to the Floorstanding Pole with the supplied Nuts. Tighten evenly.

5. Step B5: Attach Front Board

   Locate the Front Board to the Bracket Mount. Secure with the supplied Plastic Screws & Nuts.

6. Step B6: Locate Bottom Bracket Mount

   Locate & secure the bottom Bracket Mount & Mount Bolt. Tighten the nuts evenly.

7. Step B7: Secure Bottom Section

   Secure the bottom section of the Front Board with the Plastic Screws & Nuts. Installation now complete.

• Record the key number to purchase additional keys in the future.
