Assembly - Fixing from Below

Step A1: Mark Drill Locations

Using the provided Mount Washer, place it on the mounting surface and mark the drill hole locations.

Step A2: Drill Holes

Drill each marked hole using the specified drill bit. For the mounting holes, use the 5.0mm drill bit.

Step A3: Insert Socketset Screws

Locate and screw the M4x40mm Socketset screws into the desk or mounting surface as shown.

Step A4: Secure the Arm

Secure the Static60 Mounting Arm to the surface using the M4 Locking Nuts and M4 Split Washers. Locking Nuts offer higher security.

Step A5: Proceed to Tablet Attachment

Go to Step 1 of the Tablet Attachment section.

Assembly - Fixing from Above

Step B1: Mark Drill Locations

Using the Tablet Mount Plate, place it on the mounting surface and mark the drill hole locations as shown.

Step B2: Drill Holes

Drill each marked hole using the specified drill sizes. Use the 2.5mm drill bit for pilot holes and the 16.0mm holesaw if routing the cable through the surface.

Step B3: Attach Mount Plate Cover

Locate the Mount Plate Cover onto the Static60 arm.

Step B4: Join Arm and Plate

Join the Static60 arm and the Tablet Mount Plate in the orientation shown.

Step B5: Secure to Surface

Secure the Static60 arm to the surface using the 4x countersunk fixings (No.8 Countersunk Self-tapping Screws).

Step B6: Adhere Mount Cover

Adhere the Mount Cover onto the Mount Plate using the adhesive tabs.

Tablet Attachment

Step 1: Attach Shell

Locate and attach the Shell to the Static60 arm in the correct orientation.

Step 2: Attach Mounting Plate to Tablet

Clean the back of the tablet thoroughly with the provided Cleaning Wipe and allow it to dry completely. Remove the adhesive backing from the Mounting Plate. Attach the Mounting Plate level and centrally to the tablet's back, choosing either Landscape or Portrait orientation as required.

Important Adhesion Note:For optimal adhesion, press firmly and leave the tablet undisturbed for 72 hours in a 20°C environment before use. Do not reposition or use the tablet before this 72-hour period.

Step 3: Connect Flat Cable

Attach the Flat Cable to the tablet using its U-Bend Head.

Step 4: Secure Flat Cable

Secure the Flat Cable to the Mounting Plate using the Cable Clamp as shown.

Step 5: Feed Cable and Locate Tablet

Remove the Fixing Covers from the arm assembly. Feed the Flat Cable into the assembly and then locate the tablet (with the attached Mounting Plate) into the chosen orientation on the arm.

Step 6: Secure Tablet and Attach Covers

Secure the tablet to the Shell using the appropriate fixings (e.g., 2x 3mm x 6mm Pan Head Screws, 4x M3x10mm Countersunk Screws). Attach the Fixing Covers to conceal the fixings.

Step 7: Final Connection

Connect the tablet to its power source. The installation is now complete.
