Basic Operations

Power On/Off: Open the charging case.

Pairing:

• Open the case, and the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
• For manual pairing reset: Put earbuds in case, click pairing button 3 times.

Controls (Touch):

• Answer/End Call: Double-tap
• Decline Call: Press and hold
• Voice Control: Tap 3 times (when Bluetooth is on and not on a call)
• Play/Pause Music: Double-tap

Note: Functions can be customized via the 1MORE MUSIC APP.

Extra Functions

1. Reset Left & Right Pairing: If earbuds cannot pair normally, open case and click pairing button 3 times.
2. Unpair Device: Put earbuds in case, press and hold pairing button for 8 seconds.
3. OTA Firmware Update: Update via 1MORE MUSIC APP when earbuds are connected and have at least 50% battery.

FAQ

1. Headphones won't turn on: Check battery level and charge for at least 30 minutes.
2. Connection issues: Ensure earbuds are paired correctly. Reset pairing if needed (triple-click case button). For new devices, ensure Bluetooth is on and search for the earbuds.
3. No sound on Android (music): Ensure 'Media Audio' is enabled in Bluetooth settings.
4. No sound on Android (calls): Ensure 'Phone Audio' is enabled in Bluetooth settings.
5. Unstable connection: Reduce distance, avoid barriers, stay away from interference sources (Wi-Fi, GPRS), ensure device Bluetooth antenna is not blocked.
6. Control functions differ: May be due to OS or third-party app settings. Recommended to use original music/video player apps.
7. Low volume at max setting: Adjust volume on both headphones and device, as they have separate controls.
8. Cannot connect to 1MORE MUSIC APP: For Android users, grant location access ('Allow all the time') when prompted or in app settings.
