Controls
Answer/Hang up: Double tap
Decline Call: Press and hold
Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 3S (when Bluetooth is on and not in a call)
Play/Pause: Double tap
* To change a song or control volume, please set up on the 1MORE APP or operate on the paired mobile phone or device.
* Above functions are available for either earbud in individual or stereo mode. Custom setup is available on the APP.
* Above functions may vary with different devices.
Power On & Gaming Mode
Power On: Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Low-Latency Gaming Mode: Turn on the gaming mode via the 1MORE APP to sync audio and video, reducing latency to as low as 80ms.
Extra Functions
- Single Earbud Connection: If only one earbud can be connected, place both earbuds back into the case, triple tap the pairing button, then click "1MORE S51" in the device pairing list to connect.
- Clear Pairing Records: Place both Left and Right earbuds into the case, press and hold the pairing button for 8 seconds to clear pairing records.
- OTA Firmware Update: Earbuds can be synchronously upgraded via the 1MORE APP when both earbuds are connected to each other with at least 50% battery.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Why the headphones cannot be turned on? Check if your headphones have enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes.
- Why the headphones cannot play music after successfully connecting to my Android device? After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Media Audio" option is on.
- Why there is no sound from the headphones while making phone calls after successfully connecting to my Android device? After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Phone Audio" option is on.
- Why the Bluetooth connection is not stable and causes some interruptions? 1) Try shortening the distance between your headphones and device. Avoid solid barriers. 2) Keep away from strong interference sources (e.g., Wi-Fi, GPRS). 3) Ensure your device's Bluetooth antenna is not blocked.
- Why some control functions do not match those in the manual while using third-party music/video player Apps? Your operating system and third-party apps may have different settings for control functions. It is recommended to use the music/video player apps originally provided with your device.

General Safety:
- Please read this instruction manual carefully and retain for future reference.
- Please fully charge the battery before first use.
- If the headphones have been unused for more than 3 months, charge them to improve battery capacity.
- Only use chargers that are FCC (Federal Communications Commission) approved.
- In dry environments, static electricity may cause a temporary tingling sensation in your ear, which is not related to product quality.
- Never disassemble the headphones; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Do not expose the headphones to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 45°C (113°F).
- Do not use the headphones during thunderstorms, as this could cause malfunction or increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean the product.
- Do not listen at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing damage.
- Do not use the headphones in traffic or any situation where awareness of your surroundings is critical for safety.
- Adult supervision is required for children aged 6 and under.
Battery Warnings:
- Do not expose batteries or battery packs to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crush or cut them, as this can result in an explosion.
- Do not leave batteries in extremely high temperature environments, as this can result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Batteries subjected to extremely low air pressure may also result in an explosion or leakage.
- The symbol [DC Voltage Symbol] indicates DC voltage.
- The device contains a built-in, non-removable lithium battery. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify it. Replace batteries only with the same model type. Incorrect battery types can pose an explosion risk.
- Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Do not mix with household waste.

1MORE warrants this product to be free from defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided it is used and maintained properly.
To Obtain Service: Return the product to the original dealer first. Proof of purchase (receipt or sales invoice) is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, cosmetic damage, unauthorized alterations, or products not purchased from an authorized dealer. It is void if the product is sold or transferred to another party.
