Getting Started

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Charging: Fully charge the battery before first use. If unused for over 3 months, charge to improve battery capacity.

Controls and Functions

Noise Cancellation Modes:

• ANC ON / Pass-through / ANC OFF (Switch in turn): Click the button.

Music Playback:

• Play / Pause: Click the button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
• Next Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds.

Volume Control:

• Volume +: Click the button.
• Volume -: Click the button.

Phone Calls:

• Answer / Hang up: Click the button.
• Switch to mobile phone: Double click the button.
• Decline call: Press and hold for 2 seconds.

Voice Assistant: Double click the button when Bluetooth is on and not in a call.

Wired Mode: When using wired mode, noise cancellation is not available. Volume adjustment and track selection are controlled via the connected device.

Extra Functions

• Unpairing: Press and hold the "Vol+" and "Vol-" buttons for 5 seconds to clear pairing and enter automatic discovery mode.
• Security Pairing: For devices with Bluetooth versions prior to 3.0, use the default security code "0000".
• Battery/Volume Display: Currently supports iOS only; may not support other operating systems.
• Out of Wireless Connection Range: Headphones will attempt to reconnect for 3 minutes. If no device is connected, they will automatically turn off.
• OTA Firmware Update: Update via the 1MORE APP when headphones are connected and have at least 10% battery.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)

1. Headphones cannot be turned on: Ensure headphones are charged. Charge for at least 30 minutes before turning on.
2. No music after connecting to Android: On your device's Bluetooth menu, tap the icon next to the device name and ensure "Media Audio" is enabled.
3. No sound during calls on Android: On your device's Bluetooth menu, tap the icon next to the device name and ensure "Phone Audio" is enabled.
4. Unstable Bluetooth connection: Shorten the distance between headphones and device, avoid obstructions, stay away from interference sources (Wi-Fi, GPRS), and ensure the device's Bluetooth antenna is not blocked.
5. Control functions differ with third-party apps: This may be due to differences in app settings. It is recommended to use the device's native music player.
