The 1MORE ComfoBuds Pro are true wireless in-ear headphones featuring active noise cancellation.

Power

• Power On: Open the charging case lid; the headphones turn on automatically.

Earbuds Pairing

The left and right earbuds pair automatically with each other when the charging case lid is opened, provided the case has battery power.

Bluetooth Pairing to Device

First Use: Turn on the headphones to enter pairing mode. The earbuds will enter sleep mode if not paired to a device within 3 minutes.

Subsequent Use: After successful pairing, headphones automatically connect to your device when the case lid is opened.

Pairing with a New Device: Place earbuds in the case. With the case lid open and earbuds powered on (no music or calls), click the pairing button 3 times to re-enter pairing mode.

Functions are available for either earbud in individual or stereo mode.

Charging Methods

• Charging the Case: Use the included Type-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. A solid green light on the charging case indicates a full battery.
• Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds in the charging case. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour. The earbud LEDs turn off when fully charged.

Battery Status & Notifications

The battery status of both the headphones and the charging case is displayed in the 1MORE MUSIC APP.

Low Battery Notification: When approximately 25-30 minutes of use remain, a notification sound will play, and the earbud LED will flash red twice.

Low Case Battery Notification: If the charging case battery is too low to charge the earbuds, the case LED will flash red.

Auto Pause/Play

Playback automatically pauses when the earbuds are removed from your ears and resumes when they are worn again.

Touch Controls

Phone calls and music playback can be controlled by tapping the touch control area on the earbud stem.

• Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch control area.
• Play/Pause Music: Double-tap the touch control area.
• Activate Voice Control: Triple-tap the touch control area (when Bluetooth is connected and not on a call).

To decline a call or adjust volume, you may need to operate on your paired mobile phone or use the 1MORE MUSIC APP. Functions may vary by device.

Listening Modes

Customize your listening experience with different noise cancellation and ambient sound modes:

• ANC-Strong: Ideal for noisy environments like airplanes, high-speed trains, and subways.
• ANC-Mild: Suitable for noisy daily situations such as malls, cafes, and streets.
• WNR Mode (Wind Noise Resistance): Helps reduce audible wind noise during outdoor listening.
• Pass-through Mode: Allows ambient sounds to be heard, so you don't need to remove the earbuds to stay aware of your surroundings.

Default Setting: ANC-Strong / Pass-through Mode. Switch between these modes by touching and holding the touch control area on either earbud.

Customization: ANC-Mild and WNR modes can be set up and selected within the 1MORE MUSIC APP.

Extra Functions

OTA Firmware Update: Firmware updates can be performed synchronously via the 1MORE Assistant APP when the earbuds are connected via Bluetooth.
