VIHALS Drop-Leaf Table Assembly Instructions
This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the IKEA VIHALS drop-leaf table.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two leg supports (part 109049) and one crossbar (part 10129219) to the base panels. Secure using two screws (part 100181) and one screw (part 10081692).
Step 2
Attach four feet/wheels (part 10081198) to the base structure. Secure using four screws (part 10067513).
Step 3
Attach four hinges (part 10081198) to the table leaves. Use two screws (part 100372) and two springs (part 100181) per hinge.
Step 4
Attach the eight legs (part 105107) to the assembled frame. Secure using four screws (part 10067513) per leg assembly.
Step 5
Place the assembled leg frame onto the unfolded table leaves.
Step 6
Secure the leg frame to the table leaves. Use ten screws (part 155677) and part 10067513.
Step 7
Attach the drop-leaf mechanism components (part 115461, 4x) to the table structure. Secure using four screws (part 10067513).
Step 8
Repeat Step 7 on the opposite side of the table.
Step 9
Repeat Step 7 on the other side of the table.
Step 10
Attach four wheels/feet (part 102428) to the table legs. Use part 10067513. Ensure correct orientation; an incorrect placement is indicated by a cross symbol (❌).
Step 11
Attach two support arms (part 100356) to the table structure. Secure using two screws (part 10058897) and two parts (part 101076).
Step 12
Attach two feet/wheels (part 101076) using two screws (part 10058897).
Step 13
Attach four hinges (part 101076) to the main table structure. Secure using four screws (part 101076).
Step 14
Attach four support brackets (part 102428) to the table structure.
Step 15
Final assembly check. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.
Step 16
Fold the table. Follow the indicated folding motion.
Step 17
Two people are recommended for lifting and moving the table.
Step 18
Open the drop-leaf section. Be cautious of pinching fingers (⚠️).
Step 19
The VIHALS drop-leaf table is now fully assembled and ready for use.
