Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach two brackets (10067513) to the underside of the main table panels. Use two screws (100181) and two washers (10081692) for each bracket. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 2

Attach four feet (10129219) to the bottom of the leg support structure. Use one screw (109049) for each foot.

Step 3

Attach two hinges (10081198) to the edge of one of the main table panels using four screws (100372) per hinge. Align with pre-drilled holes.

Step 4

Assemble the leg support frame. Connect the horizontal support beams between the vertical legs using eight bolts (105107) and the bracket (10067513). Use two bolts per connection.

Step 5

Place the assembled leg support frame onto the main table panels, aligning it with the pre-drilled holes. Ensure it sits flush.

Step 6

Secure the leg support frame to the main table panels from underneath. Use ten bolts (155677) and the bracket (10067513).

Step 7

Attach a side panel to the main structure. Use four bolts (115461) and the bracket (10067513) to connect the side panel to the leg support.

Step 8

Repeat Step 7 to attach the second side panel.

Step 9

Repeat Step 7 to attach the third side panel.

Step 10

Insert four circular glides (102428) into the bottom of the leg supports. Press them firmly into place.

Step 11

Assemble two frame sections. Connect frame pieces using two screws (101076) for each connection point on each section.

Step 12

Attach feet to the assembled frame sections. For each frame section, attach two feet (10058897) using one bolt (100356) and the bracket (10067513) per foot.

Step 13

Attach the assembled frame sections to the main table structure. Use four screws (101076) for each frame section.

Step 14

Attach four hinges (130423) to the main table panels. Use four screws (101076) for each hinge, aligning with pre-drilled holes.

Step 15

Slide the central support mechanism into place between the leg structures. An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 16

Fold down the side table leaves. Arrows indicate the motion of folding the leaves downwards.

Step 17

With assistance from another person, carefully fold the table structure. One person holds the main section while the other guides the folding motion.

Step 18

Attach the drop-leaf table tops. Ensure they are correctly aligned. ⚠️ Warning: Be aware of pinch point hazards when folding or unfolding the table.

Step 19

The table is now assembled. Use two screws to secure the drop-leaf panels in their final position. The diagram shows the table in its extended and folded states.
