DUOPOWER: Superior Performance in Various Building Materials
DUOPOWER is a plug designed for superior performance across a wide variety of building materials. Its key attributes include:
- Two-component materials: Create greater expansion volume and optimally coordinated screw-in and tightening torque.
- Material adaptability: Expands in solid building materials, folds open in hollow building materials, and knots in panel building materials. It automatically adapts to the requirements of the respective building material, making it extremely versatile.
- Compact and short shape: Requires less drilling effort and allows the use of shorter screws.
- Versatile applications: Suitable for numerous applications with high load values in diverse building materials.
Intelligent self-activating functions adapt depending on the base material.
Diagram Description: Visuals show the DUOPOWER plug in action within different materials: expanding in solid brick, folding in hollow brick, and knotting in panel materials.
DUOPOWER Long Version
The long versions of DUOPOWER offer "even more bite in problematic building materials" due to:
- Increased expansion volume and optimized torque for deeper anchorage.
- Three plug zones (tip, shaft, base) with varied expansion and fold-out functions for enhanced grip and higher pull-out values.
- Automatic adaptation to building material requirements ensures excellent holding power with longer anchorage depth.
- High load capacity in problematic materials like perforated building materials, aerated concrete, or for plaster bridging.
Diagram Description: Visuals illustrate the long DUOPOWER versions with additional bite in problematic building materials.
DUOTEC: Intelligent Combination for High Loads in Panel Building Materials
DUOTEC is designed to solve difficult installation tasks in drywall and panel building materials.
