Angle brace WS 31-45°
Angle brace for stable constructions
Product Overview
The fischer Angle brace WS 31-45° is designed for constructing stable constructions, particularly self-supporting channel constructions using FLS channels or ALK cantilever arms. It is suitable for use in dry interior areas.
Visual Description of Product and Applications:
- An angled metal brace, likely made of steel, with pre-drilled holes.
- A cable tray system with multiple colored cables running through it, mounted on a cantilever arm.
- A ventilating pipe secured to a wall using a bracket and screws.
Applications
- Angle brace to construct self-supporting channel constructions with FLS channels or ALK cantilever arms.
- For use in dry interior areas.
Advantages
- The stable angle brace element WS 31-45° provides the supporting structure with great stability and safety.
- The dimensions of the angle brace element ensure a secure connection with ALK cantilever arms and FLS channels due to its fitting accuracy.
- Standardized long slots in the angle brace allow for precise connection to ALK cantilever arms or FLS channels using FSM Clix P and a screw.
Properties
- Material: steel S235JR (material no. 1.0037) according to DIN EN 10025
- Zinc plating: electro zinc-plated
Installation Guidance
Installation involves specific dimensions and torque settings:

Notes on Load Application and Fixing:
- Loads are valid for fixing to a wall with adequate carrying capacity.
- Fixing of the cantilever arm and the angle brace to the wall should be done using an anchor (e.g., FAZ II Plus, UltraCut FBS II 8).
- Fixing of the angle brace to the cantilever profile is done by FSM Clix P 10, with a tightening torque of 12 Nm.
- Fixing of the angle brace to the long slot of the cantilever profile is done by screw and nut M10, with a tightening torque of 20 Nm.
