Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Casters to Base
Insert the five caster wheels into the sockets on the five-star chair base. Push firmly until you hear a 'click' ?. Ensure they are securely attached.

Step 2: Prepare Gas Lift
Insert the black protective cap into the top of the gas lift cylinder. Dispose of any packaging responsibly.

Step 3: Attach Gas Lift to Base
Insert the gas lift cylinder into the central opening of the chair base. Ensure it is seated correctly.

Step 4: Connect Seat Frame Components
Align and connect the two main components of the seat frame as shown. The connection mechanism should slide or click into place.

Step 5: Attach Seat Cushion to Frame
Place the seat cushion onto the assembled seat frame. Apply firm downward pressure to secure it.

Step 6: Attach Backrest Support to Seat
Align the backrest support bracket with the designated mounting points on the rear of the seat assembly. Secure using one screw (10068253) and the Allen key (124345). Ensure correct orientation; do not overtighten.

Step 7: Attach Armrests to Seat
Position the armrests on the sides of the seat assembly. Secure each armrest using two screws (128633) and the Allen key (124345).

Step 8: Attach Backrest to Armrest/Seat Structure
Align the backrest panel with the mounting points on the armrest supports and seat structure. Secure using one screw (10068253) and the Allen key (124345). Ensure correct orientation; do not overtighten.

Step 9: Attach Backrest Cover/Cap
Attach the plastic cover or cap to the designated point on the backrest assembly.

Step 10: Attach Seat Mechanism to Seat Cushion
Place the seat mechanism onto the underside of the seat cushion, aligning the screw holes. Secure using four screws (128633).

Step 11: Connect Backrest Assembly to Seat Mechanism
Align the backrest assembly with the seat mechanism. Secure using three screws (122134) and the Allen key (124345).

Step 12: Secure Backrest Assembly (Continued)
Continue securing the backrest assembly to the seat mechanism using three screws (122134) and the Allen key (124345).

Step 13: Secure Backrest Assembly (Final)
Finalize the attachment of the backrest assembly to the seat mechanism using three screws (122134) and the Allen key (124345).

Step 14: Connect Chair to Base
Carefully lower the assembled chair onto the gas lift cylinder attached to the base. Ensure it is seated securely.

Using and Adjusting Your Chair
Seat Height Adjustment: To raise or lower the seat, lift the lever located under the seat. For best ergonomics, adjust so your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle. [hand operating lever] [arrow up/down]
