Safety Precautions
- Read the manual prior to using the unit.

- Do not place the unit near heat sources or on vibrating surfaces. Do not cover ventilation holes.
- The unit is not suitable for continuous use.
- Be careful with the mains lead and do not damage it.
- When unplugging, pull the plug, never the lead.
- Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
- If the plug or mains lead is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
- If the unit is damaged and internal parts are visible, do NOT plug it in or switch it on. Contact your dealer.
- Do NOT connect the unit to a rheostat or dimmer.

- Connect to an earthed mains outlet (220-240Vac/50Hz) protected by a 10-16A fuse.
- Unplug during thunderstorms or if not used for a long period.
- If the unit has not been used for a long time, condensation may occur. Let it reach room temperature before switching on.
- Never use the unit in humid rooms or outdoors.

- Do not repeatedly switch the fixture on and off.

Unpacking Instructions
Carefully unpack the box upon receipt. Check contents for completeness and condition. Notify the shipper immediately and retain packing material if any parts appear damaged or the package shows signs of mishandling. Save the package and all packing materials. If the product must be returned, it must be in the original factory box and packing.
If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuations (e.g., after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. Allow the device to reach room temperature before switching it on to prevent damage from condensation.
Power Supply
Check the label on the backside of the product for the correct power supply type. Ensure the mains voltage corresponds to the specified voltage, as other voltages can cause irreparable damage. The product must be directly connected to the mains and not used with a dimmer or adjustable power supply.
Always connect the device to a protected circuit (circuit breaker or fuse). Ensure the device has appropriate electrical grounding to avoid the risk of electrocution or fire.
Controls and Connections
1. DC5V IN
Slot to charge the speaker with a USB-C power cable.
2. Line In
3.5mm jack input for connecting external devices (Smartphone, MP3 player/PC/Laptop).
3. Mic1 & Mic2
6.5mm jack input for wired microphones.
4. LED Indicators
When the LED lights up, it shows the current mode (BT/Line/M-Vol or M-Echo). After selecting a mode, the four LEDs indicate battery status: 4 lights mean full battery, 1 light means low battery.
5. Volume/Menu
Rotate to adjust the overall volume. Short press to select Mic-Volume/Mic Echo.
6. Power
Press and hold to power on/off the speaker.
7. LED
Press to cycle through LED modes (1-5 and off). Press and hold to turn LED light on/off.
8. Mode
Press to select BT/LINE IN.
9. Previous
Press to select the previous track.
10. Pause/Play/LINK
Press to Pause/Play. Press and hold to activate the link function (Stereo pairing mode).
11. Next
Press for the next track.
Wired Microphone Operation
Insert the 6.3mm jack of the microphone cable into the microphone input.
- Press the "Volume" button and switch the indicator light to "MIC VOL", then adjust mic volume.
- Press the "Volume" button and switch the indicator light to "MIC ECHO", then adjust mic echo.
Link/Stereo (TWS) Pairing Function
This function allows you to connect two FENTON KAR speakers wirelessly and play music from the same source simultaneously. To connect two speakers:
- Power on both speakers and set them to BT mode.
- Pair your phone/tablet to the first speaker normally.
- After successful connection, double-click the [Pause/Play/LINK] button. You will hear a sound on the second speaker, indicating successful TWS connection.
BT Connection
- Activate Bluetooth on your device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) from which you want to play music. Refer to the device's operating instructions.
- Press the [MODE] button to activate BT function.
- Select "FENTON KAR" on your BT device and pair.
Attention: BT distance is approximately 10 meters without any barrier.
