Functions
- Turn On: Press the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red and blue.
- Turn Off: Press the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red and blue.
- Pairing Mode: Open the Bluetooth on your device and search for the pairing name: MINISO-E21016A. The blue LED indicator will blink slowly, indicating the earphones have entered pairing mode.
- Next Track / Volume Up: Short press the "Volume +" button to go to the next track. Long press the "Volume +" button to increase the volume. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly. [Volume Up]
- Previous Track / Volume Down: Short press the "Volume -" button to go to the previous track. Long press the "Volume -" button to decrease the volume. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly. [Volume Down]
- Play / Pause: Press the play button to play or pause music. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly. [Play/Pause]
- Answer Call: Press the play button to answer an incoming call. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly.
- Hang Up Call: Press the play button to end a call. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly.
- Cancel Call: Double press the play button to cancel a call. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly.
- Reject Call: Long press the play button to reject an incoming call. The blue LED indicator blinks slowly.
- AUX Port Usage: You can listen to audio from external devices by plugging in an audio cable into the AUX port.
Cautions
- Reasonable control of the volume and time of usage is required to avoid hearing damage.
- For your safety, do not use the product in potentially hazardous conditions.
- Do not listen to music, make calls, or answer the phone while driving to avoid danger caused by distraction.
- Keep the product out of reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use.
- Do not drop the product to avoid damage caused by falling.
- Do not store or use the product under -20°C or above 45°C to avoid shortening the lifespan of the earphones and battery.
- Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the product.
- The battery is irreplaceable. It should be disposed of according to local rules and regulations or recycled by a professional institute. Do not throw it away or toss it into fire.
- When not in use for a long time, charge the earphones once every 3 months to extend their lifespan.
- Avoid contact with water and other liquids to prevent them from penetrating into the product.
- Do not throw into fire to avoid the danger of explosion.
Troubleshooting
- Issue: Fail to pair the wireless earphones with your cellphone.
Solution: Check if the earphones are in pairing mode and if the phone's BT function is on. On your phone, remove the earphones from the Bluetooth list, then follow the user manual instructions to pair the earphones with your phone again. - Issue: Cannot turn on the wireless earphones.
Solution: Check the battery level; it might be low. - Question: Can the battery of the wireless earphones be replaced?
Answer: No. The lithium polymer battery in the earphones is irreplaceable. - Issue: The wireless earphones got disconnected with the phone within 10 meters.
Solution: Bluetooth is wireless and sensitive to objects between the earphones and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect the connection within the effective distance. - Issue: Cannot hear audio playing when the earphones are connected to the computer or phone.
Solution: Check if the computer's audio output is already connected to a wireless device and if the Bluetooth on the computer supports the A2DP protocol. Ensure the volume is turned up on your phone or computer. - Question: Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the earphones after connecting the wireless earphones to the phone?
Answer: Some apps may not support operation through the earphones due to their specific settings.
