Functions and Operations

Power On | Press and hold the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red and blue. |
Power Off | Press and hold the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red. |
Pairing Mode | Open the Bluetooth of the device and search for the pairing name MINISO-E21016A. The blue LED indicator will blink slowly, and the earphones will enter pairing mode. |
Next Track / Volume + | Short press the Volume - button to go to the previous track. Long press Volume + to increase the volume. The blue LED will blink slowly. |
Previous Track / Volume - | Short press the Volume + button to go to the next track. Long press Volume - to decrease the volume. The blue LED will blink slowly. |

Troubleshooting
- Problem: Cannot pair the wireless earphones.
Solution: Check if the Bluetooth function is on. Verify the pairing name on your phone and follow the instructions in the manual to pair the earphones. - Problem: Cannot turn on the wireless earphones.
Solution: Check the battery. If the battery is low, charge it. - Problem: Cannot hear audio from the computer or phone.
Solution: Check whether the Bluetooth is connected. Check whether the audio output is set to the headset. - Problem: The wireless earphones are disconnected.
Solution: The Bluetooth technology has a limited range. Keep the earphones and the device within 10 meters. Avoid obstacles between the connection. - Problem: Cannot play audio from external devices.
Solution: Ensure the audio cable is properly connected to both the headset and the external device. - Problem: Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the earphones after connecting the phone?
Solution: Some applications may not be compatible with the headset's controls.
