Functions and Operations

FunctionInstructions
Power OnPress and hold the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red and blue.
Power OffPress and hold the play button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will blink red.
Pairing ModeOpen the Bluetooth of the device and search for the pairing name MINISO-E21016A. The blue LED indicator will blink slowly, and the earphones will enter pairing mode.
Next Track / Volume +Short press the Volume - button to go to the previous track. Long press Volume + to increase the volume. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Previous Track / Volume -Short press the Volume + button to go to the next track. Long press Volume - to decrease the volume. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Play / PausePress the play button. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Answer CallPress the play button. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Hang Up CallPress the play button. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Cancel CallPress the play button. The blue LED will blink slowly.
Reject CallLong press the play button. The blue LED will blink slowly.
AUX PortYou can listen to audio from external devices by plugging in the audio cable.

Cautions

  1. Reasonable control of the volume and time of usage is required to avoid hearing damage.

  3. Do not listen to music, call up, or answer the phone while driving to avoid danger caused by distraction.
  4. Keep out of reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use.
  5. Do not throw to avoid damage caused by dropping.
  6. Do not store or use it under -20°C or above 45°C to avoid shortening the lifespan of earphones and battery.
  7. Do not modify, disassemble or repair the product.
  8. The battery should be disposed of according to local rules & regulations or be recycled by professional institute. Do not throw it into fire.
  9. When not in use for a long time, charge the earphones once every 3 months.
  10. Avoid contact with water and other liquids to prevent them from penetrating.
  11. Do not throw into fire to avoid the danger of explosion.

Troubleshooting

  1. Problem: Cannot pair the wireless earphones.
    Solution: Check if the Bluetooth function is on. Verify the pairing name on your phone and follow the instructions in the manual to pair the earphones.
  2. Problem: Cannot turn on the wireless earphones.
    Solution: Check the battery. If the battery is low, charge it.
  3. Problem: Cannot hear audio from the computer or phone.
    Solution: Check whether the Bluetooth is connected. Check whether the audio output is set to the headset.
  4. Problem: The wireless earphones are disconnected.
    Solution: The Bluetooth technology has a limited range. Keep the earphones and the device within 10 meters. Avoid obstacles between the connection.
  5. Problem: Cannot play audio from external devices.
    Solution: Ensure the audio cable is properly connected to both the headset and the external device.
  6. Problem: Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the earphones after connecting the phone?
    Solution: Some applications may not be compatible with the headset's controls.
