System Diagram and Wiring
The system diagram illustrates the connection of the Micro Inverter to solar panels, a Wi-Fi router, an Ali Cloud Server, and a monitoring system. Data is exchanged via Wi-Fi, enabling App control and monitoring.
Wiring Instructions:
With N wire connection (Single phase 120/230V):
- Connect L/L1 to the Live wire (brown cable, 0.75mm²).
- Connect N/L2 to the Neutral wire (blue cable, 0.75mm²).
- Connect G to the Ground wire (yellow & green cable, 0.75mm²).
No N wire connection (Single phase 120V):
- Connect L1 to the Live wire (brown cable, 0.75mm²).
- Connect L2 to the Live wire (brown cable, 0.75mm²).
- Connect G to the Ground wire (yellow & green cable, 0.75mm²).
Note: A professionally customized AC bus with a T-type connector can be used for modular branch wiring systems.
LED Indicator Function
- 1. Red light keeps on: The equipment enters the preparatory working state.
- 2. Red light flashes: The device enters the delayed start-up state.
- 3. Blue light flashes quickly: MPPT maximum power point search status.
- 4. Blue light keeps on: MPPT maximum power point locked state.
- 5. Blue light turns to red light for a long time: Indicates issues such as Island protection, Frequency protection, Fault, Software shutdown, AC voltage over-voltage protection, or DC voltage over-voltage protection.
Normal Working Indicator Flashing Process:
After connecting the micro-inverter correctly to AC and DC terminals and powering on:
- The red light stays on for 3 seconds.
- The red light flashes for 30 seconds.
- The blue light flashes quickly (MPPT maximum power point search).
- The blue light stays on (MPPT lock).
Cloud Intelligence APP Usage
The Cloud Intelligence APP allows for real-time data transmission and monitoring of the solar power station. It enables users to view operation status and adjust output power.
Downloading the APP:
Scan the QR codes provided or search for "Cloud Intelligence" on the App Store (iOS 9 and above) or Google Play (Android 5.0 and above).
Adding a Device:
- Open the "Cloud Intelligence" APP and log in to your account.
- Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to start adding equipment. If a device is already associated with the account, click the device icon to view details.
Entry Equipment (Wi-Fi Connection):
- When the APP enters the QR code scanning state, scan the QR code label on the inverter body.
- The APP will automatically collect the inverter code and navigate to the Wi-Fi connection page.
- Enter the current Wi-Fi password and click "Next".
Distribution Network:
- Connect the inverter to the power supply as required.
- Quickly press the "Reset" button. The "LED" indicator will flash blue and red alternately, indicating the inverter is in the standby state for distribution network setup.
Initialization:
- When the inverter is in standby mode, return to the mobile APP.
- On the device operation page, check the "I have completed the above operations" box and click "Start Connection".
- The page will transition to a signal search page. The inverter's LED indicator will change from flashing blue and red alternately to a solid blue light upon successful network distribution.
- The page will automatically display a system completion confirmation. Click "Finish".
Inverter Control:
Access the "Settings" button on the system details page within the APP to adjust the inverter's output power, set timing functions, and enable remote start/stop as needed.
Remarks:
- For multiple inverters, list their codes separated by commas (e.g., 60001234, 6000E312).
- Each Modem can monitor up to 60 inverters.
- A total of 2 lists are available, each capable of holding 30 inverter codes.
