Fitting Instructions
- Remove the exhaust system and heat shield. Disassemble the protection plate on the right side of the vehicle. Remove the floor covering in the trunk and the three rubber caps. Loosen the fixing piece located at the underside center of the bumper.
- Make a cut in the underside center of the bumper according to the provided template. Drill two holes in the heat shield and cut away a small piece.
- At point (A), insert the mounting tubes (-j) into the provided holes in the chassis beam inside the luggage compartment. Repeat this at point (B) with tubes (-k). Place the mounting slices (-i) on top of these tubes and insert the bolts. On the left side, insert the nut piece (-l) into the chassis beam via the large rear opening, aligning it above the provided drilling.
- Place the mounting piece (-g) with points (A) and (B) onto the bolts inserted on the right side of the vehicle. Fit the nuts but do not tighten them yet. Do the same with piece (-h) on the left side. Insert the bolt at point (B') from underneath.
- At points (D) on the front of the cross beam, insert the two M12 cage nuts into the provided drillings. Position the tow bar between mounting pieces (-g) and (-h) so that points (C) and (C') align with each other. Points (D) should fit onto the inserted cage nuts. Insert all bolts and tighten them firmly.
- Assemble the part marked (*) and tighten firmly.
- Replace the exhaust system, protection plate, and fasten the bumper securely.
