How to Protect The Skin of Neck
About "Collar Sores"
Collar sores, or pressure necrosis, are primarily caused by inappropriate wear of the collar receiver against the skin. This can happen if the receiver is not worn properly or if the collar is kept on the dog for too long.
There are two main reasons:
- 1. Improper fit
- 2. Improper wear time
Pay attention to your dog's neck when using the collar. Check the skin periodically for redness. Ensure the fit is correct. If redness appears, move the receiver to the opposite side of the neck or remove the collar temporarily to allow airflow and circulation.

Wearing Steps
- Determine the length of the collar that fits the dog’s neck.
- Re-thread the extra strap into the slide buckle.
- Wear the collar around the dog's neck comfortably, ensuring the device is positioned just in front of the dog's throat.
- Ensure the product fits snugly, yet is loose enough to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your dog’s neck.
NOTE: Proper use of the slide buckle can prevent the collar from becoming loose around your pet’s neck.
Battery & Charging
When the power is sufficient, the middle LED light flashes every 5 seconds, indicating standby state.
If the power is less than 30%, the LED lights at both ends flash every 5 seconds, indicating that charging is required.
Use the USB charging cable to charge the product. A dynamic flow light is displayed during charging. All 5 LEDs will light up when fully charged. The collar can be charged in both off-state and on-state.
If the battery runs out, all 5 LED lights will flash for 1 second and then 1 flash, and the product will automatically shut down after 10 seconds.
LED Indication Meaning Table

Charging | When the charging cable is plugged in, the 5 lights start to flow dynamically from left to right. |

Main Features Introduction
1. Triggering Feature
The collar uses a sound sensor with adjustable sensitivity levels from 1 to 5. The default sensitivity is 5.
2. Training Features
The collar offers different levels of stimulation: No level, 1-2 level, and 1-2-3 level.
3. Smart Training Loop
If the dog barks continuously, the collar will trigger successively, strengthening the stimulation. Five triggers form a cycle, with each trigger interval within 30 seconds. After one cycle, the collar enforces a 1-minute pause to protect the pet, even if barking continues.
How to "Turn-off" The E-Shock Function
The function of the E-Shock can be turned off by using an insulating silicone sleeve over the probes.

FAQ
Q: Is the bark control collar safe and humane?
A: All training methods are designed not to cause direct harm to the pet's body, but to make them feel uncomfortable. Do not overuse this product on pets. Refer to all WARNING and CAUTION contents in the manual.
Q: Why does the collar not work when the dog barks?
A: There may be three reasons: 1. Trigger sensitivity is not high enough; try increasing it. 2. The probe does not touch the skin; try adjusting the belt tightness for good skin contact. 3. Use the test board to test the E-Shock function again.
Q: Other dog barking sounds or other ambient noise can trigger the collar.
A: This is possible, but the probability is lower. The collar uses optimized dog barking waveform recognition technology to resist false triggers. If a false trigger occurs, adjust the sensitivity setting appropriately.
