Warranty Coverage and Contact
For questions, assistance, or replacement parts, customers should contact Echelon customer service directly, not the retailer. For refunds on items not purchased directly from Echelon, please contact your retailer.
Echelon warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects. Should any defect develop or become evident within one year from the date of purchase, Echelon will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without charge, or replace the entire product.
To determine if a return is necessary, contact Echelon customer service at 833-937-2453 or via email at cs@echelonfit.com. When returning a unit, securely pack the entire unit, ensure the carton clearly identifies the sender by name and address, and include a letter or card describing the defect along with the original sales receipt. Mail prepaid returns to Echelon Fitness Returns, 2001 Riverside Drive, Building 2, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse, failure to operate the product in accordance with instructions, or improper electrical current. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
