Important Safety Instructions
- Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the stairmill. Before mounting or dismounting, bring the machine to a complete stop.
- Read all instructions before using the stairmill.
- For INSTITUTIONAL USE. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
- When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed.
- Place the stair mill indoors to avoid water and heavy stuff.
- The stair mill shall be installed on a stable and levelled base.
- When using the fitness device, wear comfortable clothing and preferably sports or aerobic shoes.
- Keep children away from the stair mill to avoid any accident.
- Prior to use, inspect the stair mill to ensure there are no incorrect, worn, or loose components and all components are in good condition and tighten properly.
- Refer to the maintenance chapter for more information.
- Keep the top side of the moving surface clean and dry.
- Replace defective components immediately or keep the equipment out of use until repair. Pay special attention to components most susceptible to wear.
- Do not overload the controller, bearing, step, chain, or other transmission parts. Perform regular maintenance.
- The safety and integrity of the machine are maintained when it is regularly examined for damage and repaired. It is the user/owner or facility operator's responsibility to ensure regular maintenance is performed.
- Worn or damaged components shall be replaced immediately, or the stair mill removed from service until repair. Only manufacturer-supplied or-approved components shall be used.
- The safety level is maintained only if the equipment is examined regularly for damage and wear.
- Keep indoors less dusty and maintain a certain extent of humidity to avoid interference of the console and controller.
- For institutional use, keep the stair mill running continuously for no more than 2 hours. Indoor use, class SC.
- Keep good air circulation when running.
- Recommended minimum clearance: 500 mm (19.7 in.) on each side for access and passage. 2000x1000mm safe space at the stair mill end.
- Minimum clearance area behind the stair mill: 2.0 m (78.7 in.). This zone shall be free of all obstructions.
- The free area shall be not less than 0.6 m greater than the training area in the directions of access. It must also include the area for emergency dismount.
Usage Guidelines
- Read, understand, and test the emergency stop procedures before use.
- Do not exceed maximum user weight 160KG.
- Stop running if you feel any discomfort and consult a doctor.
- WARNING: Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Over-exercising may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint, stop exercising immediately.
- Keep the silicone oil bottle out of reach from children and avoid accidental ingestion.
- After workout, do not jump off the stair mill directly to prevent accidents.
- Pull out the power plug gently from the socket.
- Correct biomechanical positioning is important for a healthy workout. Injuries can result from incorrect or excessive training.
- During workout, stop the machine and cut the power immediately if anything goes wrong.
- The A-weighted emission sound pressure level at the trainer's ear is 68.4dB.
- Noise emission under load is higher than without load.
- Ask a local distributor for service. Do not dismantle components personally.
- This stair mill weighs 173KGS.
- DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock: Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

Use Guide
- Always connect the appliance to a socket with a grounded circuit and no other appliances connected. It is recommended not to use extension cords.
- Ensure the stair mill is stable on the ground before use.
- Check if its function is normal before running.
- Stand on the middle of the step when the stair mill starts.
- Attach the safety key to your clothes when stepping to control any emergency.
- Press the "start" button to begin.
- Before formal workouts, users should use level 1 for trial climbing training to adapt to the running mode and ensure safety.
- The user can adjust the speed according to their needs. For safe use, beginners should increase speed slowly to adapt to the workout and avoid injuries caused by overspeed.
- ONLY FOR ONE PERSON. Overload is not allowed.
- After workout, pull out the safety key or press the “stop” button to stop.
- After workout, remember to turn off the power and pull out the plug.
- If you feel uncomfortable during workouts, stop immediately and consult doctors.
- When assembling or running the machine, ensure no person or pets are around.
Grounding Instructions
- This product must be grounded. Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- This product is equipped with an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
- DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt about grounding. Do not modify the plug; have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician if it does not fit.
- This product is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit and has a grounding plug. Adaptors are not allowed.
Dangers and Prohibitions
- To reduce accidents or harm to others, check the following rules:
- Ensure zippers are up before running.
- Do not wear clothes that can be easily hooked.
- Keep the power cord away from hot objects.
- Keep children away from the treadmill.
- If anything goes wrong, use the handlebar for support, leave both legs from the running belt, and jump from outside the treadmill.
- Cut off the power before moving the treadmill.
- Do not open the motor and roller cover unless you are a professional technician.
- This machine is used under a 10A circuit.
- Ensure only one person at a time uses the fitness device.
- The treadmill HRC devices are not professional medical devices and results are for reference only.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell or experience pain in your joints or muscles. Pay attention to how your body responds. Dizziness is a sign of exercising too intensively. At the first signs of dizziness, lie down until you feel better.
Inappropriate User
Following patients under treatment need to get use of the treadmill after approval of a professional doctor:
- The person with backache or who gets hurt in the leg, waist, or neck.
- The patient with arthritis deformans, rheumatism, or gout.
- The patient with osteoporosis.
- The patient with a bad circulatory system (e.g., heart disease, vascular disorders, vascular hypertension).
- The patient with respiratory disturbance.
- The patient with an artificial heart rhythm problem.
- The patient with malignant tumors.
- The patient with thrombosis.
- The patient with diabetes-caused perceptual disturbance.
- The person with skin injury.
- The patient with a high fever above 38°C.
- The person with a bent back bone.
- The person who is pregnant or in a (menstrual) period.
- The person feels uncomfortable.
- The person sleeps badly.
Prohibition
Do not use the treadmill in the following cases, as it may lead to fire or damage:
- Do not use the machine when any cover or inner component is not complete.
- Do not jump on or jump off the treadmill.
- Do not use or place it outdoors or in a rainy or humid environment.
- Do not use or place it under strong sunlight or in a high-temperature environment.
- Do not use when there is damage or looseness to the power cord or socket.
- Do not twist or damage the power cord or place heavy objects on it.
- Do not use by two persons at the same time. Keep others far away.
- Do not allow disabled individuals or those who cannot operate the machine to use it.
- Do not dismantle the machine personally.
Attention
- Do not take strong exercise if you are not accustomed to it.
- Do not work out just after a meal or when you feel tired, flaccid, or uncomfortable.
- Do not use it when you are drunk.
- Do not use when your pocket is full of hard things.
- Do not have any dust, waste, or water on the power plug.
- Do not use with damp hands.
- Do not pull out or plug in the power cord by the cord itself; otherwise, you can be hurt or get an electric shock.
Plug Out Tips
In the following cases, pull out the power cord from the socket. Otherwise, dust and humidity can worsen the power cord insulation, or you can be hurt or get an electric shock:
- When the machine is not used.
- When the machine is under maintenance.
- When the machine cannot start or appears abnormal.
- During a power failure.
- When plugging out, hold the plug head, not just the cord.
