Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Fabric and First Pipe
Take the canopy fabric (Part F). Locate and detach the nylon buckle on the back of the fabric. Insert one metal pipe (Part A) into the fabric sleeve as illustrated.
Step 2: Attach Bed Legs
Take two bed legs (Part B). Insert the ends of these legs into the metal pipe (Part A) that is now attached to the fabric.
Step 3: Attach Second Set of Pipes
Take two metal pipes (Part C). Insert the ends of these pipes into the openings on the bed legs (Part B) attached in the previous step.
Step 4: Repeat on Opposite Side
Repeat Step 2 on the opposite side of the bed. Connect the two bed legs (Part B) on this side with the two metal pipes (Part C).
Step 5: Secure the First Pipe
Pull the metal pipe (Part A) firmly into position. Reattach the nylon buckle to secure it. (Refer to Note 3 for details on proper buckle attachment).
Step 6: Position the Bed Frame
Turn the assembled pet bed structure over so it rests upright on its legs.
Step 7: Identify Canopy Components
Identify the canopy fabric (Part G) and the tent poles (Part H). Four tent poles (Part H) are required for assembly.
Step 8: Insert Tent Poles
Insert the four tent poles (Part H) through the designated holes on the canopy fabric (Part G) and into the corresponding plastic connectors.
Step 9: Canopy Orientation
The canopy is now assembled. For correct placement on the pet bed, ensure the larger angles of the canopy frame point towards the longer sides of the bed, and the smaller angles point towards the shorter sides.
Step 10: Connect Canopy to Bed
Connect the ends of the tent poles (Part H) to the corner connectors of the pet bed frame.
Step 11: Secure the Canopy
Secure the canopy to the bed frame using the bungee cords located at each corner of the bed legs (Part B).
Step 12: Final Check
Assembly is complete. Ensure the side of the canopy with plastic connectors faces outwards.
