Cloud-Hosted Integrated Intrusion and Access Control

The Honeywell MAXPRO® Intrusion Series control panels deliver a fully integrated intrusion and access control system.

MAXPRO® Intrusion (MPI) is part of the MAXPRO family of products, and utilises MAXPRO® Cloud for configuration, maintenance, and management.

MAXPRO® Cloud is a fully integrated access, video, and intrusion Security-as-a-Service platform. Ideal for small to medium businesses, MAXPRO® Cloud makes single or multi-site building security simple and scalable. Users can manage their security system from anywhere at any time via any standard web browser or an innovative award-winning app.

Remote configuration and management of sites, devices, schedules, and users reduces operational costs and streamlines efficiencies across multi-site installations.

Honeywell's cloud-ready range of control panels makes installation easy with plug and play connectivity, auto addressing of devices, and cloud-based configuration, reducing creation costs and installation time.

Architectural Overview

The system architecture connects various components to a Central Monitoring Station. The MAXPRO Cloud Mobile App and MAXPRO Cloud Web App connect to MAXPRO Cloud, which in turn connects to the Internet. The MPI Control Panel (with Built-in Ethernet and optional 4G/LTE Module) also connects to the Internet. From the Internet, signals are sent to an ISOM alarm receiver and an SIA DC09 alarm receiver, both connected to the Central Monitoring Station.

The MPI Control Panel connects to various IB2 Devices and V-Plex Devices. IB2 Devices include: Keypad, Remote Power Supply, Zone Expander, Relay Module, Door Control Module, and Wireless Portal. V-Plex Devices include: Motion Detection.
