General Warnings: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Fall Hazard: Children have suffered severe head injuries, including skull fractures, from falling out of high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if a child is not properly restrained. Always use restraints and adjust them snugly. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair. Stay near and watch the child during use. Never allow the child to push away from the table.
Strangulation Hazard: Do not place the high chair near cords, such as window blind cords, drapes, or phone cords.
Child Security: The child must be secured at all times by the 5-point restraining system, whether in a reclining, semi-reclining, or upright position. The high chair is intended for children capable of sitting upright unassisted, at least 6 months old, and with a maximum weight of 40 pounds (18.14 kg). Never use the high chair as a toy. Never use if parts are loose, missing, broken, or fabric is torn.
Assembly Instructions
Adult assembly is required. Always ensure the high chair is locked in the open position before use.
Step 1: Assemble Seat Base and Back
- Locate the seat base. From the rear, remove the metal hinge rod from the base.
- Press the latch down and slide the rod out.
- Intersect the seat base with the seat back at the joint. Press the latch down to insert the hinge rod through the seat back and seat base.
- Firmly slide the rod until it stops and ensure the latch moves up to secure the rod and seat.
Step 2: Attach Height Brackets and Footrest
- Slide the left and right height brackets onto the seat base and lock them in place.
- Slide the footrest onto the seat base and lock it into place.
Step 3: Attach Upper Frame Assemblies
- Insert the front tube of the right and left upper frame assemblies into the height adjuster. The front tube has holes on the backside.
- Squeeze the release handles on both sides simultaneously and push the tube through the height adjusters until it locks in the highest position.
Step 4: Connect Legs and Casters
- Connect the front and rear legs to the upper frame assemblies by inserting tube ends into extension tubes. Ensure lock buttons align with holes for proper connection.
- Attach casters to the high chair legs by snapping them into the bottom of the legs. Verify all four casters are securely fastened.
Step 5: Attach Seat Pad
- Loop the flap on the back of the seat pad over the top of the seat back and connect with the two elastic loops that fit over attachment tabs near the top harness slots.
- Attach the bottom of the seat pad to the seat base with two elastic loops that fit over attachment tabs on the seat base.
- Attach each anchor hook of the seat pad to the side of the seat armrest, ensuring the slot slides through the underside division.
Step 6: Attach Tray
- To attach the tray, align the grooves on the bottom of the tray with the armrests. Squeeze the tray's release handle and slide the tray onto the armrests.
- The tray has a 3-position adjustment. To adjust, squeeze the release handle underneath the tray and reposition. Release the handle and check it is securely locked.
Step 7: Attach Tray Insert
- The dishwasher-safe tray insert snaps onto the high chair tray and is held by tabs. Ensure it snaps into place to prevent removal by the child. To remove, unsnap the tabs.
- The tray can be stored on the back legs of the high chair by aligning holes with small pegs.
Step 8: Use Safety Belt
- The 5-point harness shoulder straps have two attachment positions. Select the position that places the strap level with or below the child's shoulders.
- Place the child in the seat, position the harness around the waist and over shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the legs. Insert male ends into the crotch strap buckle. Tighten the harness to be snug.
- To release the harness, push the button on the center clasp.
Step 9: Recline Seat
- Squeeze the recline lever on the back of the seat and adjust to the desired recline or upright position. Use caution to avoid pinching fingers, hands, or arms.
Step 10: Adjust Seat Height
- Do not adjust seat height with a child in the seat. Adjust before placing the child.
- Ensure the height adjustment bracket is level and both sides are locked before placing the child.
- Never rest the height adjustment bracket on the locking pins.
- Squeeze the release handles on both sides simultaneously and push the tube through the height adjusters to the desired position.
Step 11: Brakes
- To engage brakes, apply downward pressure to the brake tabs. Check that the chair does not move and brakes are applied correctly.
- To release, lift up on the brake tabs.
Step 12: Fold High Chair
- Place seat in desired height position and seat back in the most upright position.
- Squeeze the tray release handle and slide the tray out.
- Hang the tray on the hooks on the back of the rear leg.
- Pull upward on the release levers on the sides of the frame and push the rear legs inward until folded.
- Caution: Do not allow children to play around a folded high chair as it may fall.
Step 13: Unfold High Chair
- Reverse the folding steps.
- Warning: Do not sit on the frame when the seat is not attached. Do not use the frame as a footstool. Be aware of potential pinch points when opening the frame.
Step 14: Toddler Seat Assembly

- Loop the seat pad flap over the seat back and connect with elastic loops to attachment tabs.

- Attach anchor hooks of the seat pad to the side of the seat armrest, ensuring the slot slides through the underside division.
Step 16: Remove Seat Pad
