Rearview Mirror Adjustment and Folding

Mirror Selection: Press the mirror selection buttons to choose the left or right mirror for adjustment.

Mirror Adjustment: Use the mirror adjustment switch to move the mirror up, down, left, or right to set the desired position.

Folding/Unfolding Mirrors: Press both mirror selection switches simultaneously to fold or unfold the mirrors (for power-folding mirrors).

Mirrors can be adjusted and folded with the ignition on, or for up to 5 minutes after it's turned off, provided the driver's door remains closed.

Notes:

Power folding of mirrors only functions when the vehicle speed is below 113 km/h (70 mph).
The exterior rearview mirror defogger operates automatically based on the outside temperature and the operation of the windshield wipers.
The mirror construction includes a degree of impact protection. If a mirror is accidentally knocked out of position or folded manually, the mirror housing will detach from the folding mechanism. To re-engage the mechanism, fold and then unfold the mirror using the switch.

Your dealer or authorized workshop can configure the mirrors to automatically fold when the vehicle is locked and unfold when it is unlocked.

Note: If mirrors were folded using the switches, they will not unfold automatically when the vehicle is unlocked.

Mirror Tilt When Reversing

When reverse gear (R) is engaged, the position of both mirrors automatically changes to improve visibility when reversing.

The mirror tilt angle is a preset value. While in reverse (R), you can adjust the mirror tilt, but the new position cannot be saved.

When reverse gear is disengaged, the mirrors will return to their original position.

Notes:

If the vehicle speed exceeds 12 km/h (7 mph) while in reverse (R), the mirrors will return to their normal working position for improved visibility.
The automatic mirror tilt function can be enabled or disabled via the instrument cluster menu. Refer to the INSTRUMENT CLUSTER section.

Mirror Heating

The exterior rearview mirror defogger operates automatically based on the outside temperature and the operation of the windshield wipers.
