To Fold the Seat Partially or Completely:
- Fully lower the headrests.
- Pull the strap on the seat cushion to raise it to a vertical position.
- Pull the seatback release lever, then lower the seatback until it locks into place.
To Raise the Seat Partially or Completely:
- Pull the loop on the seatback vertically upwards to unlock the seatback.
- Raise the seatback until it clicks, ensuring the seatbelt is not pinched and the release lever is in the correct position.
- To return to the original position, press down firmly on the seat cushion.
To Lower the Armrest:
- Pull the loop at the top of the center seat.
- Push the armrest down to the desired position.
To stow the armrest, lift it and slide it into the seatback until it clicks.
Always securely fasten items being transported in the vehicle.
Never transport passengers in the luggage compartment.
Ensure that when the seatback is raised, the locking mechanism is fully engaged. If the seatbacks are not fully locked, red markings will be visible around the seatback release levers.
Rear Headrests
Adjust the headrest so its top is above the middle of the occupant's head. An improperly adjusted headrest increases the risk of death or serious injury in a collision.
Do not drive or transport passengers with headrests removed from the seats.
Store removed headrests in a safe place.
