Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Drawer Slides
Separate the drawer slide (E) into its inner (E1) and outer (E2) members. The outer member (E1) attaches to the cabinet, and the inner member (E2) attaches to the drawer. Ensure the release lever is visible.
Attach the outer drawer slide members (E1) to the side panels of the main cabinet (3 and 4) using screws (D). Ensure the slides are level.
Step 2: Assemble Main Cabinet Base
Attach the base panel (1) to the side panels (3 and 4) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B). Insert cam bolts into panels 3 and 4, then connect to panel 1 and secure with cam locks (B).
Step 3: Attach Back Panel
Connect the back panel (2) to the assembled side panels (3 and 4) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B).
Step 4: Assemble Top Structure
Attach the side supports (5) and top support bar (6) to the double bowl top panel (7) using screws (C).
Step 5: Connect Top to Cabinet
Attach the assembled top structure (7, 5, 6) to the main cabinet body (1, 2, 3, 4) using cam locks (B).
Step 6: Assemble Drawer Box Sides
Attach the drawer side panels (8) to the drawer back panel (9) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B).
Step 7: Insert Drawer Bottom
Slide the drawer bottom panel (11) into the grooves of the assembled drawer box.
Step 8: Attach Drawer Front and Handle
Attach the drawer front panel (10) to the assembled drawer box using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B). Attach the handle (F) to the drawer front.
Step 9: Attach Inner Drawer Slides
Attach the inner drawer slide members (E2) to the sides of the assembled drawer box using screws (D). Ensure the slides are level.
Step 10: Insert Drawer
Carefully slide the assembled drawer into the main cabinet, aligning the inner slide members (E2) with the outer slide members (E1).
Step 11: Final Assembly
Insert the bowls (12) into the designated openings on the top panel (7). The assembly is complete.
Step 12: Product Overview
The PawHut Pet Feeder with Storage Drawer is now assembled and ready for use.
