PawHut Elevated Dog Bowls with Storage Drawer

This manual provides instructions for assembling the PawHut Elevated Dog Bowls with Storage Drawer. The assembly process is estimated to take approximately 60 minutes and involves 12 steps. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning.
The product is a raised pet feeding station featuring two bowls and a convenient storage drawer. It is designed to provide a comfortable dining experience for pets while offering practical storage.
General Assembly Notes
Quickfit and Cam Lock System
The assembly utilizes a Quickfit and Cam Lock system. Ensure the Quickfit connector is tightened until its shoulder is flush with the panel, avoiding overtightening or undertightening. When fitting the cam lock, verify the correct starting position before inserting the Quickfit connector. The Quickfit head should align in the center of the cam lock when joining two panels. Always insert the cam lock before the Quickfit connector. To tighten, turn the cam lock clockwise.
Drawer Runner Preparation
Before attaching drawer runners to panels, separate the inner and outer drawer runners. Slide them apart until the drawer lock mechanism is visible. Press and hold the drawer runner lock while continuing to slide the runners apart. Once separated, the inner and outer drawer runners are ready for attachment to the panels.

Step-by-Step Assembly
Step 01: Attach Drawer Slides to Panels
Locate the exact holes for installation on panels 4 and 5. Misalignment will occur if incorrect holes are used. Ensure the screws on the drawer slides are leveled; otherwise, the drawer's smoothness will be affected. Attach drawer slides (E) to panels 4 and 5 using screws (D).
Step 02: Assemble Base Structure
Attach panels 1, 5, 4, 11, and 10 using hardware A and B. This step forms the initial structure of the unit.
Step 03: Connect Side Panels to Base
Attach side panels (2) to the base panel (1) using hardware B (cam bolts/dowels).
Step 04: Attach Additional Side Panels
Attach the remaining side panels (3) to the assembled structure using hardware B.
Step 05: Assemble Drawer Box
Assemble the drawer box using parts 4, 7, 6, and 5. Secure these parts using hardware B.
Step 06: Attach Drawer Assembly to Main Unit
Connect the assembled drawer box to the main unit frame. Use hardware B for this connection.
Step 07: Attach Top Panel with Bowls
Place the top panel (8), which contains the two bowl cutouts, onto the main unit. Secure it using parts 7, 9, and 10, along with hardware B.
Step 08: Assemble Drawer Front and Back
Assemble the drawer's front and back panels (9) and the drawer back panel (10). Use hardware B to connect these components.
Step 09: Insert Drawer Bottom
Slide the drawer bottom panel (12) into the grooves of the assembled drawer box.
Step 10: Attach Drawer Front
Attach the drawer front panel (11) to the drawer box. Use hardware B to secure it.
Step 11: Insert Drawer into Unit
Carefully push the assembled drawer into the main unit. Ensure the drawer slides are aligned on both sides before pushing the drawer in. Use hardware D and F (screws) for this final insertion step.
