Safety Information

General Precautions

CAUTION: Turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box before installation.

If unsure about grounding means, DO NOT install. Contact a qualified electrician.

All fixtures must be mounted to an outlet box supported by the building structure.

If using a dimmer control switch, consult a professional for the correct type and electrical rating.

Before installation completion, check all screws, bolts, and nuts on the fixture to ensure they are secure.

FCC Compliance: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference; (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Total wattage for this fixture is 10 watts. DO NOT tamper with or attempt to repair the LED component.

WARNING:

This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the product's construction, operation, and associated hazards.

Specific Dangers

DANGER:

DO NOT connect this fixture to an electrical system that does not provide equipment grounding. Never use a fixture in a two-wire system that is not grounded. Improper grounding can cause serious injury or death.

If using this light fixture in a WET location, it must be connected to a supply circuit protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) to reduce the risk of personal injury, electrical shock, or death.

DO NOT connect the bare or green insulation fixture ground wire to the black (HOT) current-carrying wire or the white (NEUTRAL) house wire. This can cause serious injury or death.

DO NOT damage or cut the wire insulation during installation. DO NOT permit wires to contact any surface with a sharp edge. This can cause serious injury or death.

Installation Steps

1. [STOP] Turn off power source.

4. Attach the fixture body [D] to the mounting bracket [B] using screws [labeled 'C' in diagram, assumed to be fixture mounting screws].
