Information on Use

  1. When using the 16A charging mode, use a socket with a rated current of at least 16A. If using a standard 10A socket, set the amperage mode to a maximum of 10A. If the charger is damaged due to incorrect amperage setting, the warranty may be void.
  2. Do not place flammable materials, explosives, chemicals, or other dangerous substances near the device.
  3. Keep the charging connector clean. If it is dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the metal pins of the connector with your hand. Ensure the charger is not connected to the power supply or the vehicle.
  4. Do not use the charger if the cable is damaged, cracked, worn, or if its core is exposed. If you notice any of these anomalies, contact your dealer.
  5. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger yourself. Improper handling can lead to equipment damage, leakage, or electric shock.
  6. In case of an anomaly during use, immediately disconnect the power supply.
  7. Use the charger under a canopy in case of precipitation. Protect from rain and snow.
  8. Children should not use or approach the device while it is charging due to the risk of injury.
  9. It is strictly forbidden to remove the charging plug from the socket without authorization during the charging process, due to the risk to the vehicle or user safety.
  10. Vehicles must not move during charging. Charging can only be performed when the vehicle is stationary. This rule applies to all types of vehicles.
