How to use Voice Control

Maintain direct line of sight between remote transmitter light and IntelliPup.
Speak toward the microphone from no more than 12 inches away.
Steps:
- Press the Voice command button.
- Aim the remote at IntelliPup's head and speak into the microphone on the remote control (COMMANDS ON PAGE 5).
- Keep the remote in a direct line of sight with IntelliPup until the indicator light stops flashing. Once flashing stops, IntelliPup will complete the action.
Battery Installation
IntelliPup Battery Installation
- Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the battery cover.
- Attach the battery to the connector.
- Replace the battery cover and screw back into place.
*When removing the battery to charge, take care to unclasp the connector before pulling it off.

Remote Battery Installation
- Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the battery cover.
- Place two AA batteries with the corresponding polarities as labeled on the unit.
- Replace the battery cover and screw back into place.
Battery Warnings
- Batteries must be loaded with the correct positive and negative electrodes.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different types of batteries (types or brands).

Remote Control

Power and Standby
Turn On/Off: Slide the power switch on the IntelliPup R4.
Standby: Occurs after 30 seconds without operation. IntelliPup R4 will turn off after 90 seconds without operation.
How to Play with IntelliPup R4
Directional:
Press and hold the Forward, Backward, Turn Left, and Turn Right buttons.

Voice Commands:
Before speaking a command into the microphone, press the Voice Command Button.
- "Sit down”: IntelliPup will sit.
- "Push-ups": IntelliPup will do push-ups.
- "Yoga": IntelliPup will practice yoga.
- "Act Cute": IntelliPup will act cute.
- "Somersault": IntelliPup will perform a Somersault.
- "Angry Dog": IntelliPup will bark.
- "Hello Rady": IntelliPup will say hello.
- "Sing a song": IntelliPup will play music.
- "Stand up": IntelliPup will stand up.
Other Actions
Imitate
IntelliPup will imitate several animals with sound and motion, cycling through each animal if the button is repeatedly pressed. Animals include "chicks, ducks, cats, cows, sheep, pigs, tigers, gorillas, horses, and elephants."
Tease the Dog
IntelliPup will perform several actions in sequence.
Guard
IntelliPup will bark and protect its master.
Dance
IntelliPup will play music and dance.
Programming
Create your own set of actions! To use the programming feature:
- Press the programming button to enter programming mode.
- Press the buttons of the desired actions in the order that you want them to be performed (Up to 30 actions).
- Press the programming button again and the actions you selected will be performed in order.
Stop
IntelliPup will immediately stop any action currently being performed.
Touch mode
IntelliPup will act cute when touching the top of the head.

Troubleshooting Issues
Common Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Nothing happens when IntelliPup is turned on | Check whether the battery is properly connected or the battery charge level is too low. |
The remote control doesn't work | Make sure the remote has new/charged batteries. Make sure the controller is being aimed at IntelliPup's signal receiver. Bright sunlight will affect the remote's ability to work. |
IntelliPup doesn't work with remote | Make sure IntelliPup's battery is fully charged. Low charge levels will cause poor functionality. |
Battery Warnings
- There is a certain risk of using lithium batteries, which may cause significant damage to people and property. The end user must use it carefully and bear all the related responsibilities.
- If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact with skin occurs, wash with soap and water immediately. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with cold water for at least 15 minutes, and seek medical attention.
- If the charger begins to emit a suspicious odor, noise, or smoke, unplug the power supply immediately.
Battery Charging
- The light turns on when charging and turns off when it is fully charged.
- Use only the original factory cable. Do not use damaged or cable of other brands.
- Do not charge expanded, leaked, or damaged batteries.
- Do not overcharge the battery. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the device.
- Do not charge near inflammable materials (e.g., carpets, wood flooring, solid wood furniture, etc.).
- Do not charge the battery immediately after it has become hot.
- The charging temperature of the battery should be between 0-40°C (32-104°F).
- Recommend using a 5V 1A charger (Not included) for charging.
Recycling
This equipment consists of electronic components or batteries. For electronic waste, please dispose of according to local waste disposal laws and ordinances.
Charging Time
New Battery needs to be fully charged for 60-80 minutes and use time is up to 30 minutes.
Low Power Indications
If the IntelliPup's voice is quiet, the lights are dim, or some of the functions aren't working properly, IntelliPup may not have enough power and may require charging.
