Product Description & Indicators
The smart gateway serves as the central hub for ZigBee devices, enabling users to create custom smart home scenarios.
The device features:

Getting Started
Preparation For Use
Step 1: Mobile phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Smart Gateway to establish an effective connection.

Step 2: Download and open the App
Search for the relevant app in your device's App Store or scan the QR code on the package/manual to download it. If this is your first time, tap "Register" to create an account. If you already have an account, click the "Login" button.
Note: QR codes are available on the packaging and manual to download the app and access manuals/videos in various languages (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese).
Add Devices
Follow these steps to add your ZigBee devices:
- Connect the gateway to the power supply. Then, press and hold the "reset button" until the blue light is on and the red light is blinking fast. (If the indicator is in another status, continue holding the reset button until the blue light is on and the red light blinks fast).
- Open the "Smart Life" App. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Wireless Gateway (Zigbee)" to add the device.
- Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Confirm that the blue light is on and the red light is blinking fast.
- The connection process will take approximately 30-120 seconds, depending on your network conditions.
- Once the device has been added successfully, you will find it on the "My Home" page.
