Charging Guide
Please follow these steps for proper charging:
- Use the provided charging stand to connect to the charging contacts on the back of the bracelet.
- Plug the USB cable into the USB adapter (not included in the packaging).
- Do not use a battery adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V or an output current exceeding 1A for charging, as this may cause charging failure and damage the magnetic charging cable or equipment.

Function Introduction
- Main Interface: Displays information such as the time, number of steps, and more.
- Blood Oxygen: Touch the display to begin measurement. Result shown after vibration. Detailed analysis and data can be synced with the app.
- Weather Information: Presents real-time weather updates, air quality, and forecasts. Requires app connection and phone GPS. Weather information will not update if phone's GPS is disconnected or off.
- Steps: Tracks total steps, calories burned, and distance covered.
- Sleep: Records and displays total sleep duration, including deep sleep and light sleep phases. Detailed analysis syncs with the app.
- Notification: Receives phone calls, text messages, and alerts. Stores the last 3 message records. Requires app connection and specific settings for Apple devices (select "Pair" on pop-up).
- Exercise: Displays exercise time, heart rate, and calorie information. Tap the exercise icon to enter the multi-function exercise mode.
- Heart Rate: Touch the display to begin measurement. Result shown after vibration. Detailed information analysis and data sync with the app.
- Settings: Access options like mute, brightness adjustment, dial change, restore factory settings, stopwatch, and shutdown.
- Remote Camera Shutter: Use as a remote control for the phone's camera. Open the phone's camera, then long press the touch screen to take photos.
- Blood Pressure: Touch the display to start measurement. Result shown after vibration. Detailed analysis and data sync with the app.
- Breathing Exercise: Activates breathing training mode guided by animated graphics. Multiple vibrations indicate completion.
- Music Control: Control the mobile phone's music player (play, pause, skip) via the smartwatch. Requires the music player to be open on the phone.
App Installation
This product requires connection to a supporting app for many features, including time synchronization, call reminders, information push, weather display, remote camera, and music control.
For Android phones: Scan the QR code (not included here) to download the app and connect.
For Apple devices: Search for "Hero Band III" in the App Store to download the app.
Pairing Guide
- Connect Smartwatch Instructions.
- Open the mobile client to set your personal information.
- Navigate to the [device] page and click [bind device].
- Select your device (Verge) from the list of scanned devices.
- Pairing is now complete.
Note: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and no other devices are connected when pairing. Do not connect your Android phone directly to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.
App Operation Instructions
- Go to the app's movement page and swipe down on your phone's screen to refresh the smartwatch data.
- Tap on the steps, sleep, or other blocks to view the analysis of your daily or recent exercise and sleep data.
- Tap on the exercise heart rate or blood pressure blocks to view the data for the day or recent activity. Alternatively, tap the app to measure your heart rate and blood pressure; the test data will be automatically saved to the phone.
Attention
- Do not charge the device when there are water stains present.
- This product is an electronic monitoring device and is not intended for medical use. The data is for reference only.
- Avoid wearing this device while bathing or swimming for extended periods.
- Always use the included charging cable for charging.
FAQ
1. Smartwatch Cannot Receive Notifications
1.1 Android Phone Settings:
A: Ensure the notification switch is enabled in the app settings.
B: Verify that messages are displayed correctly in the phone's notification bar. The smartwatch only receives notifications that appear in the phone's notification bar. If no notifications are present in the bar, the smartwatch will not receive them. (Check both notification and status bar settings in your phone's settings and the app.)
1.2 Apple Device Settings:
A: Ensure "Allow Pairing" is selected when connecting the smartwatch. Check this in Settings > Bluetooth. If the connected device appears in the list, pairing is successful. If not, and a specific icon appears, unpair and reconnect the device.
B: Go to Settings > Notifications, select SMS, Phone, and enable notification permissions. Notifications will then appear in the "Notification Center."
2. Android Phones Not Connecting to the Smartwatch:
Do not attempt to connect the smartwatch directly via Bluetooth. First, download the app, then search for and connect the device through the app. If needed, restart both your phone's Bluetooth and the smartwatch.

This product must not be disposed of as unsorted household waste. It is important to separate such waste for proper treatment and recycling, in compliance with local waste management regulations.
