Introduction
Initial Setup
- Please charge the watch before use to ensure its proper functioning.
- Align the power supply of the wireless magnetic charging pad with the magnetic suction cup on the back of the watch to initiate charging (the charging base will emit a green light).
Compatible OS Requirements
The "Laxasfit" app can be installed on smartphones with Android version 5.0 and higher, or iOS 9.0 and higher.
App Installation
For iOS/Android users: Scan the QR code to download and install the "Laxasfit" application.

App Connectivity
- All permissions prompted during the installation process of the app must be accepted. Activate Bluetooth connection on your smartphone to be able to use all functions.
- App connection method: Open the app and enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone. The app will prompt you to enable notification services. Tap on the prompt to confirm. To add the device, search for the device to connect.
- Phone Bluetooth connection: Bluetooth must be activated on the watch. Then, on your mobile phone, go to Bluetooth settings, search for the watch's Bluetooth name "Supremo" and establish a connection and pair.
- Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connection Issues: Due to variations in Bluetooth protocols across different mobile phone brands, the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the watch can sometimes be unstable.
If you encounter connectivity issues, you may turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone and then re-enable it to reconnect, or you can reset the watch to factory settings. If the watch is unresponsive, pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds can restart it.
Verifying a Successful Bluetooth Connection: The Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner of the main menu will appear as an oval when the connection is active. To confirm the connection, you can use the watch to locate your phone or use the app to locate the watch. A vibration from the watch indicates a successful connection with the app.
Notifications for Incoming Calls: If the watch receives an incoming call and no notification is displayed, you need to adjust the notification settings on your phone. Open "Settings", navigate to the notification section, select the corresponding application from which you wish to receive notification. Enable the notification feature to start receiving call alerts.

Precautions for Use ⚠️
- Not suitable for bathing and swimming.
- Please ensure the watch is connected when synchronizing data.
- Utilize the built-in charging cable for recharging the battery.
- Avoid exposing the watch to high moisture and extremely high or low temperatures for long durations.
Watch Maintenance ?
- Do not scratch the surface of the sensor and protect it from damage.
- You can clean the surface of the watch with a damp cloth and use mild soap and water on a damp cloth to remove oil or dust.
- Do not expose the watch to environments containing strong chemical substances, such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, Propanol alcohol, or insect repellent, as these substances can damage the watch's sealing and case surface.
- Prevent your watch from being subjected to strong shocks and extreme heat. This product is not IP68 waterproof certified. Do not expose this product to rain and take the watch off when washing hands, swimming, taking hot showers, or saunas, as it cannot prevent water vapor ingress.
Troubleshooting
1. The Bluetooth name of the watch does not appear in the list of devices to connect to after activating the phone's Bluetooth.
Solution: If the mobile phone has not detected the Bluetooth connection of the watch, please ensure that the watch is powered on and activated and that it is not connected to other mobile phones. Bring the watch closer to the mobile phone and attempt to search again. If it still does not work, turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and turn it back on after 20 seconds to initiate a new search for the Bluetooth device.
2. Is the Bluetooth connection always active? Is there any data retention if the watch is not connected to the phone?
Solution: Before data synchronization, the recorded exercise and sleep data will be retained on the watch. The Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the watch must be established for synchronization. Once the connection is successful, the watch will automatically upload data to the mobile phone. However, the watch's data storage capacity is limited; it can retain Bluetooth data for approximately one week. As storage fills up, the oldest data will be overwritten with new data. Therefore, it is important to synchronize your watch with your phone timely.
Note: The notification feature for calls and SMS requires an active Bluetooth connection to function. However, the alarm clock reminder is designed to operate independently and supports an offline mode.
3. The watch fails to charge.
Solution:
- 3.1 Ensure that the charging stand is correctly oriented and that the charging clip is making secure contact with the watch.
- 3.2 If the voltage of the power supply source is below 3.6V, there could be a delay due to the battery entering a pre-charging phase.
Remarks: The watch will commence charging as soon as the charger is connected. If the display does not light up the instant the watch is connected to the charging cable, wait 3 to 5 minutes for the charging sign to display on the watch's screen.
