Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
Why does the smartwatch automatically disconnect Bluetooth when the Android screen goes out?
This can occur due to background app restrictions. To prevent this, ensure the Da Fit process is not cleared by the system. You may need to:
- Lock the background APP in your phone's settings.
- Enable the APP's self-startup function.
- Set the background operation to be unrestricted.
-
Why can't the smartwatch receive message push notifications?
Verify the following:
- Ensure the message push switch is enabled within the Da Fit mobile app.
- Confirm that messages are displayed normally in your phone's notification bar. The smartwatch receives notifications by reading from the phone's notification bar.
- Check notification settings for specific apps (e.g., WeChat, QQ, calls, SMS) in your phone's settings and ensure their notification switches are turned on.
- In your phone's settings, search for "Notification access" or "Apps with notification access" and ensure the Da Fit app has the necessary permissions.
-
Why should you not take a hot bath with the smartwatch?
Hot bath water generates a lot of vapor. The small molecular radius of vapor allows it to easily infiltrate the smartwatch through shell gaps. When the temperature drops, this vapor condenses into liquid droplets, which can cause short circuits and damage the internal circuit board and the smartwatch itself.
Warning
Please consult your doctor before starting any new sport or exercise routine. While the smartwatch can monitor heart rate in real-time, it should not be used for any medical purposes.
