App Connectivity

A. Compatibility

1. Users with iOS or Android devices: Scan the QR code for LaxasFit app download and install the application.
2. Android: Search for "LaxasFit" in the software application store to download and install the application.
3. iOS: Search for "LaxasFit" in the App Store to download and install the app.

Initial Use

1. Before using the smartwatch for the first time, please fully charge the device to ensure its optimal performance and complete functionality.

2. Charging: To charge the watch, align the magnetic end of the charging cable with the wireless magnetic charging area on the back of the watch and connect the other end to a power supply source. The appearance of a green light indicates that charging has commenced.

Pairing

1. Download and install the "LaxasFit" App. Ensure that all permission prompts during the installation process are granted.
2. Enable the Bluetooth connection on your phone.
3. Search for and connect to the device named "PB-EXCELLO".
4. Open the "LaxasFit" App. Add the watch device named "PB-EXCELLO".
5. Note: Due to the lack of uniformity in the Bluetooth protocols across various mobile phone brands, the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the watch may sometimes be unstable. To resolve this issue, disable the phone's Bluetooth feature and enable it again.
6. If the watch screen is frozen or fails to initiate a Bluetooth connection, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart the watch. If the problem persists, reset the watch to factory settings.
7. To enable audio playback connection with the phone, pair the phone to the watch and grant the necessary permissions.
8. Use the watch to click to find the phone or open the App to locate the watch. If there is a vibration, it means that the voice Bluetooth is connected successfully.
9. To verify that the Bluetooth connection is successful, check for the Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner of the main menu.
10. If the watch fails to show notifications for incoming calls, navigate to the phone's settings. From the list of applications, enable permissions for the "LaxasFit" App.

Instructions for Use

The watch features several controls and navigation methods:

• A. Up Button: Short press to return to the previous page.
• B. Down Button: Short press to wake up or turn off the screen. Long press to switch the machine on/off.
• C. Swipe Right: Access the sidebar.
• D. Swipe Left: Cycle through watch faces.
• E. Swipe Up: Access the menu.
• F. Swipe Down: Access the shortcut menu.

• [QR Code]: QR code downloaded by the App.
• [Reset]: Let your device reset and clear data, such as pedometer sleep, etc.
• [Breathing Screen Clock]: Enabling this feature allows the watch screen to display a screen clock.
• [Language]: Connect the watch to the App and set the language in the App which will then be synchronized with the watch. You can also set the language using the watch and the language of the App will change accordingly.
• [Dial Push]: Access the dial push function in the App to view and alter the local dial push list.

Precautions

1. Do not wear the watch when showering or swimming.
2. Connect the watch via Bluetooth to synchronize data.
3. Use ONLY the included charging cable.
4. Do not expose the watch to high moisture, extremely high, or extremely low temperatures for a long time.

Maintenance

1. Do not scratch the sensor; protect it from damage.
2. You can wipe the surface of the watch with a damp cloth and use mild soap and water to remove oil or dust.
3. Do not expose the watch to an environment with strong chemical substances, such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, propanol, alcohol, or insect repellent. Chemical substances will damage the sealing of the watch and the surface of the case.
4. Avoid your watch from being exposed to strong shocks and extreme heat exposure.
5. This product does not support IP68 waterproofing, does not support rain, hand washing, swimming, hot showers or saunas, etc., cannot be worn, and cannot prevent water vapor.

Troubleshooting

1. The watch cannot be found.

Answer: This issue could be caused by a malfunction in the Bluetooth function, preventing the phone from locating the watch. Ensure that the watch is charged and powered on. Verify that the watch is not connected to other phones. Keep the watch close to the phone. If the problem persists, reset the Bluetooth function and try again after 20 seconds.

2. Is the Bluetooth connection always on? Will there be any data lost if the watch is turned off?

Answer: Before synchronization, the exercise and sleep data are preserved on the watch. When a successful Bluetooth connection is established between the phone and the watch, the watch automatically syncs the data with the phone.

Note: The watch's storage capacity for Bluetooth data is limited to about one week. Once the storage reaches its capacity, the oldest data will be automatically overwritten to make room for new data. Therefore, it is crucial to regularly sync your watch with your phone to prevent data loss.

Note: If the call and SMS reminder function is activated, you must maintain the Bluetooth connection. However, the alarm clock reminder is supported offline.

3. What should I do if the watch cannot be charged?

Answer: Please ensure that the charging end is correctly aligned and that the charging clip is in firm contact with the watch. If the power input to the watch falls below 3.6V, there will be a period of battery pre-charging.

Remarks: The watch should enter the charging state immediately after the charger is connected. If the display does not activate, allow it to charge for 3-5 minutes before it enters the charging state.

4. Will the watch cause harm to the human body if worn for a long time?

Answer: The radiation emitted by the watch is significantly below the FCC standards of the United States and is essentially negligible. Therefore, long-term wear will not cause radiation damage to the human body.
