General Guide

1. Power Button:

• Long press to turn the watch on or off.
• In lock screen status, a short press will turn on the screen.
• Rotate to switch directly between dials and pages.

3. Changing the Watch Band

Press down on the quick-release hole to either remove the watch band from the watch or install a new band onto the watch.

4. Heart Rate Sensor Zone & Wireless Charging Area

This area serves both as the heart rate sensor zone and the wireless charging area for the device.

Charging Instructions

Turn the watch over and align the bottom of the watch with the charging dock. The battery icon on the screen will indicate a full state when it is fully charged.

Warning: Before charging, ensure the watch is dry to avoid risks associated with residual sweat.

Charging Tips: To achieve maximum charging current and optimal magnetic attraction, please refer to the provided picture to align the charging dock with the center line of the button on the watch. This positioning ensures the best charging angle.

Connection Guide

To use the watch effectively, the “Smart-TimePro" app is essential. Through the App, you can manage your watch and access additional features it offers.

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the watch.
2. Scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen with your phone to download the App.
3. Alternatively, scan the QR code provided or search for and install the App from the app stores. Apple phone users can directly search in the App Store to download and install the App.
4. Open the App, tap "Device", then select "Binding Device" to proceed to the device binding page, where you can search for and bind your watch.
5. Note that the watch's Bluetooth name is "A10 PRO".
6. Ensure the Bluetooth names of your phone and watch match during pairing.
7. Once pairing is successful, you can begin using your watch.

Main Functions

Sports: Supports over 100 sports modes, including fitness, leisure, competitive sports, ball games, and dance.

Heart Rate: For optimal heart rate monitoring, position the watch close to the wrist, just above the wrist bone on the arm. It measures real-time heart rate, with the normal range for the general population being 60 to 90 beats per minute.

Oxygen: To measure blood oxygen levels, place the watch close to the wrist at the top of the wrist bone against the arm.

Sleep: Use the "Sleep" feature within the watch app to monitor and record nightly sleep patterns.

Blood Pressure: Properly wear the watch and use the "Blood Pressure" application in the watch app to manually measure blood pressure.

Activity: Once the watch is worn correctly, open the "Activity" function to track daily exercise metrics such as steps, calories burned, and distance traveled.

Stress: To assess mental stress levels, wear the watch correctly and open the "Stress" function within the watch application.

Stock Market: Navigate to APP "Device" > "Stock Market" > "Add", then use the search icon at the top right to enter the name of the stock you wish to track and add it to your list.

World Time: Access APP "Device" > "World Time" > "Add". You can scroll down to select or use the search icon at the top right to enter the name of the region you wish to add.

Call Mode: Supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to make, answer, and reject calls directly from the watch.

Notifications: Displays text messages from your phone.

Camera: Control your cell phone's camera remotely to take photos.

Music: Open the "Music" function within the watch app to control music playback on your cell phone.

Women's Health: The function allows for tracking of the period cycle and receive notifications.

Sedentary Reminder: Set up reminders to move through the mobile app.

Raise Wrist to Light Screen: Enable this feature in the app to light up the watch screen by lifting your wrist.

Find Phone: When connected with the app, detect the location of your phone.

Calculator: Use the watch's calculator function for convenient and simple calculations.

Voice Assistant: Activate the voice assistant of your phone from the watch.

Alarm: Set up to five alarms directly on the watch, with pop-up window reminders.

Timer: The watch includes a timer function.

Weather: Connect with the app to synchronize and display real-time weather on the watch.

Shortcut Menu: Access features like Do Not Disturb mode, settings, QR code, audio switching, brightness adjustment, screen always-on, and alarm clock directly from a quick-access menu.

Settings: Customize brightness, password protection, Do Not Disturb settings, language, menu style, system menu, standby dial, raise-to-wake settings, on-screen time, and more.

Troubleshooting

1. Heart-Rate Signal Missing:

The smart watch tracks your heart rate during both exercise and everyday activities. Occasionally, the watch may fail to capture a suitable heart rate signal, which will be displayed as a dotted line.

Solution: If you are unable to receive a heart rate signal, initially ensure the watch is correctly positioned on your wrist. It should neither be too high nor too low, and should fit snugly but comfortably—neither too tight nor too loose. After adjusting the fit, activate real-time heart rate monitoring to try to capture the data again. If the heart rate data remains absent, check whether the heart rate monitoring feature is enabled in the Smart-TimePro app.

2. Connection Problem

Solution: If your phone cannot pair with the watch, first check for the smartwatch signal under Settings > Bluetooth on your phone. If the signal appears, this indicates that the Bluetooth connection is functioning properly. Next, verify whether the watch is already paired with another phone. If so, unbind it. For iOS system users, you should also choose to "Ignore This Device" in Settings > Bluetooth on your phone, and then attempt to pair it again.
