Always disconnect power before performing any installation or connection work.
Installation Overview
The FBH 0000 A mounting frame has the following approximate dimensions:
- Height: 648mm
- Width: 450mm
- Depth: 71mm (main body)
- Additional depth considerations: 37mm, 216mm, 130mm
- Mounting area: 290mm ±0.5mm
Required Tools and Hardware
Tools:
- Screwdriver (PZ3) ?
- Drill ड्रिल
- Hammer ?
Hardware:
- 3x PZ2 screws (Ø 6 x 50 mm) ?
- 3x S8 screws (Ø 8 x 40 mm) ?
- 3x PZ3 screws (Ø 6 x 50 mm) ?
- Drill bit (Ø 8mm)
Mounting Instructions
Follow these steps for mounting the frame:
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Holes
For Brick/Concrete Walls: Mark the desired location. Drill holes using an 8mm drill bit to a suitable depth (e.g., 50mm). Ensure accurate placement using a template or the frame itself.

Step 2: Insert Wall Plugs
Insert appropriate wall plugs into the prepared holes.
[Diagram Description: Shows a hammer tapping wall plugs into the drilled holes.]
Step 3: Secure Frame to Wall
Align the mounting frame with the prepared holes. Insert and tighten screws (e.g., S8 screws Ø 8 x 40 mm) to firmly attach the frame to the wall.

Alternative Mounting on Wood
For wooden surfaces, drill pilot holes using a PZ3 screwdriver bit. Secure the frame using appropriate screws (e.g., PZ3 screws Ø 6 x 50 mm).

Step 4: Final Securing
Confirm that all mounting points are securely fastened. The diagrams show the frame being attached to the wall with screws, ensuring a stable installation.

Internal Wiring Connections
The internal layout of the frame includes pathways for routing various colored wires (e.g., blue, green/yellow, brown, black, red) to designated connection points and terminal blocks.

Power Connection
The mounting frame operates on a power supply of 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz.
Connection terminals are clearly labeled:
- L1: Live [Live]
- N: Neutral [Neutral]
- G: Ground [Ground]
Ensure correct polarity and secure connections to the power source.

Stability Considerations
Mounting Frame Fillers
For optimal structural stability, it is crucial to install the frame filler pieces (indicated by 'X' in the diagram) after the main installation is complete.
