Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Panels

Insert 10 wooden dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on the smaller wooden panels as indicated.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Base

Connect the two vertical side panels to the base frame. Ensure the dowels align with the corresponding holes in the base.

Step 3: Insert Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels and base. The panel should fit snugly.

Step 4: Position Top Frame

Place the top frame onto the assembled side panels and back panel. Align the frame with the dowels and holes.

Step 5: Secure Top Frame (Part 1)

Using the Allen key (100001), insert and tighten 3 screws (100223) through the top frame into the side panels on one side.

Step 6: Secure Top Frame (Part 2)

Repeat Step 5 for the other side, inserting and tightening 3 screws (100223) using the Allen key (100001).

Step 7: Attach Support Rails

Secure the horizontal support rails to the top and bottom of the bench structure using 4 screws (109572). Important: Do not use a power drill ❌?⚡.

Step 8: Final Tightening

Insert and tighten 8 cam lock bolts (145715) into the designated holes to secure the side panels to the top and bottom of the bench. Turn the bolts to lock them in place.

Completion

Your FLISAT children's bench is now fully assembled and ready for use.
