Assembly Instructions: Playard
Adult assembly is required.
- Unzip the bag and remove the Playard frame. Undo the fasten straps and set the mattress aside. Do not push the center down yet.
- Ensure all four (4) top rails are fully erected before lowering the center. Pull up one rail at a time, holding each side, and pull sharply upwards. Ensure both tubes latch in place and each rail is rigid. The center must be raised while locking the rails. If one rail locks but the other does not, unlock the rail by squeezing the release in the center and try again.
- Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism automatically locks. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm it is rigid and securely in place before use.
- Place the Mattress on the floor of the Playard with the padded side facing up.
- Insert the hook & loop fasteners located on the underside of the Mattress through the slots in the floor of each end of the Playard. Fasten the hook and loop fasteners to the underside of the Playard floor to prevent the Mattress from moving.
Folding the Playard
- Release the hook and loop fasteners holding the Mattress from underneath the Playard floor or the Bassinet and set the mattress aside.
- Do not unlock top rails yet; the center of the floor must be raised before top rails will unlock.
- Raise the center as high as the top rails. Gather the Legs and Wheels together towards the center as close as possible so they nearly touch.
- Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the two tubes, then push down. Note: If the top rail(s) do not release completely, DO NOT FORCE! Lift the center of the floor higher. Both tubes must be released for the top rail to fold.
- Gather four corners and center tightly. Wrap the Mattress around the Playard frame with the padded side facing inward.
- Secure the hook and loop fasteners by feeding them through the loops on the end of the Mattress and folding them back onto themselves.
- Place the folded Playard into the carry bag so that the handle comes through the opening between each side of the zipper.
Assembly: Bassinet
Ensure the Playard is fully assembled and securely locked before installing or using the bassinet feature.
- Connect opposing Mattress Support Tubes that are attached to the bottom of the Bassinet. Ensure the tubes are connected as shown.
- Position the Bassinet over and down into the fully assembled Playard. Secure in place by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until all are snapped into place.
- Place the Mattress into the Bassinet with the padded side facing upward. Fasten tabs underneath the Mattress to secure it in place.
To Remove Bassinet: Remove Mattress from Bassinet. Remove Canopy. Disconnect opposing Mattress Support Tubes. Unsnap all clips and lift Bassinet.
Assembly: Changing Table
Ensure the Playard is fully assembled and securely locked before installing or using the changing table feature. Refer to the Playard assembly section.
- Connect the two (2) Long Curved Bars together.
- Insert the assembled curved bars into the Changing Table fabric. Slide the bars around inside the sleeve of the Changing Table.
- Connect the two (2) Short Bars to each end of the Long Curved Bar. Make sure that the knobs are both facing down and in the same direction on each end.
- Insert Connector Knob Prongs into holes located on both corners of the Playard. Turn the Connector Knobs counter-clockwise to lock into place.
- Flip the Changing Table over onto the Playard. Snap the two (2) buttons on the flap down onto the Playard.
- Locate the hook and loop fasteners on the bottom of the changing table and on the inside of the side rails of the playard.
- Flip the changing table into its upper position.
- Secure the changing table to the playard frame by fastening the hook and loop fasteners on the underside of the changing table to the side rails of the playard frame.
- Restraint System: Place child on changing table, ensure hand and arms are clear of the restraint. Bring the restraint around the child's waist and clip the male and female ends of the buckle together. Tighten strap until it fits snugly around the child's waist. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. To remove, unsnap the buckle.
To Remove Changing Table: Flip Changing Table to the outside of the Playard. Unsnap fabric flap of Changing Table from Playard. Twist Connector Knobs clockwise to unlock. Remove Changing Table from Playard and disconnect the Short Bars from the Curved Bar by pressing on the snap buttons and pulling apart. Remove Curved Bar from Changing Table sleeve.
Assembly: Parent Organizer / Diaper Stacker
- Parent Organizer: Position each hook so that the hooked end is facing the rear side of the organizer. Press the hook down firmly into the slot until it snaps into place.
- Connect the Parent Organizer/Diaper Stacker to the Playard by sliding the two (2) connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail of the Playard.
Note: The Parent Organizer/Diaper Stacker can only be installed on open sides of the Playard where the connecting clips can easily be attached without interfering with other features.
Assembly: Napper
Ensure the Playard is fully assembled and securely locked before installing or using the Napper feature. Refer to the Playard assembly section.
- Pull napper fabric back to access the bottom of the napper. Use the handles to pull the frame supports into the support locks. Ensure the frame supports click and are seated firmly in the support locks.
- Pull the fabric over the frame and secure fabric with buttons on the sides and front of the frame.
- Use the hook and loop fasteners provided to fix the mattress into the Napper.
- Raise the handle on the Napper by pulling up on the handle. Make sure the handle clicks into position before using. To lower the handle, open both locks on the base of the handle by pulling locks upwards with your fingers while pushing the handle backwards.
- To use the Napper in the Playard, lower the Napper into the bassinet. Push down on the front and rear of the Napper to secure the hooks onto the Playard railing. Button the front and rear strap from the napper onto the playard frame.
- Rocker Function: Turn Napper over and pull rocker feet from the base of the Napper. Set the napper on a flat surface. NEVER use the Napper on a raised surface such as a Table, Bed, or Chair, as a fall can occur.
