Parts List
Identify all components before starting. The following parts are included:
- Part A: Seat Cushion - The primary seating surface, upholstered in durable fabric.
- Part B: Chair Back - The backrest, also upholstered, with attachment points.
- Part C: Seat Base Frame - The main structural frame onto which the seat and back are attached.
- Part D: Armrests (Left and Right) - Shaped for comfort and ergonomic support.
- Part E: Swivel Base - The circular base that allows the chair to rotate.
- Part F: Bolts (M6 x 25mm) - Used for securing major components.
- Part G: Bolts (M8 x 30mm) - Larger bolts for heavier connections.
- Part H: Washers - To be used with bolts for added stability.
- Part I: Allen Key - The tool provided for tightening bolts.
- Part J: Decorative Caps - To cover bolt heads for a finished look.
- Attach Chair Back to Seat Base:
Place the Seat Cushion (Part A) upside down on a soft surface to prevent scratching. Align the Chair Back (Part B) with the corresponding slots on the Seat Base Frame (Part C). Insert four M6 Bolts (Part F) with Washers (Part H) through the frame and into the chair back. Tighten using the Allen Key (Part I). ⚙️
- Attach Armrests:
Identify the Left and Right Armrests (Part D). Align the armrests with the mounting points on the sides of the Seat Base Frame (Part C). Secure each armrest with two M8 Bolts (Part G) and Washers (Part H). Ensure they are firmly tightened. ⚙️
- Attach Swivel Base:
Turn the assembled seat and back structure upright. Place the Swivel Base (Part E) onto the bottom of the Seat Base Frame (Part C). The base typically has pre-drilled holes that align with the frame. Secure the base using the remaining M8 Bolts (Part G) and Washers (Part H). ⚙️
- Final Touches:
Once all components are securely fastened, place the Decorative Caps (Part J) over any exposed bolt heads for a clean, finished appearance. ✔️
